Terrible service overall. They do not follow publicly posted hours, are slow, and are quite unhelpful and borderline rude. Every other pharmacy I've ever dealt with has proactively helped with identifying and suggesting potential alternatives for expensive prescriptions, but they refused. They also charged more than double what our insurance says the co-pay for a particular prescription is supposed to be. To top it off, despite being called "MultiCare Pharmacy" and being physically located inside the hospital, there is no apparent way to contact them via MyChart and MultiCare customer service says they cannot assist with pharmacy concerns. Wish I could give zero stars and regret ever choosing this pharmacy in the 1st place.

Arrogant Dr. Aaron J Krohn, wild behaved pompous Dr. He shouldn't be allowed to practice on beloved patients at a well respected hospital such as Allenmore Hospital (MultiCare). Allenmore Hospital claims that Dr. Krohn discriminated against me, and did all they could to protect his dangerous behavior. I was recently there on 11/11 for gastric bypass and stayed till 11/13. I had a rough recovery while there. Lots a nausea and pain. The nurses and especially the CNA’s were absolutely amazing and caring. You can tell they love their job and take it seriously. I appreciate the staff there so much!!

The staff is personable and attentive. They take the time to explain what is going on step by step. i didnt feel like i was being put in a room and forgotten about. Kudos to the overall and techs that took care of me!

Up until last week I completely agreed with all the glowing reviews of this hospital and totally loved this hospital. Last week I was in the ER for around 7 hours. Everything was going great and all the staff were wonderful, as per usual, up until my discharge which took place after a shift change.
