Dr Cooper is the worst, least caring physician I have ever dealt with. I was forced to see him because of a work injury. When I first told him it hurt he didn't believe me. I told him I couldn't even reach into my washer to get my clothes out. He gave me an immediate return to work and told me I wasn't limited from doing any work.6 months later I hear a tear. I actually heard this. This was right after my first MRI that already showed three tears that he downplayed the entire time that I've been seeing him. It took me 9 months to get him to schedule an MRI.On top of all that, you're supposed to be able to keep in touch with your doctor via MyChart. He doesn't use it. I have to call to get any of my records. What kind of doctor doesn't use the communication tool provided to him by his company to keep in touch with his patients?I'll tell you what kind of doctor. The lazy, non-listening, uncaring kind.Don't do it. Even the guy at the front desk is dismissive and rude.Just stay away. Find someone else. Anybody. It can't be worse.

Everyone here has been incredibly friendly, helpful and informative about any questions and help I needed. It's the first time in awhile we're I felt that doctors nurses and those at the front desk actually want to help me. Tasha has been an amazing help to me as well! She is incredibly friendly and positive as well!

Tasha is the best nurse I've ever had any time I've come in with tears or worry she would sit with me and talk to me. If I ever needed anything she was right there making sure I was taken care of. Coming here has really made me feel like I was in a safe space and safe place. You go over and beyond to make sure everyone feels special. Thank you Tasha for your hard work..

This was my 1st visit at an occupational medicine center in WA. I had a great experience here. Setting up the appointment was great and easy, coming in and going through the check in process was great and all the staff were friendly and kind. Tasha was assisting me for my visit and she was very friendly and helpful with everything.I was in and out quickly and felt like I was well attended :)

If I could give Allenmore occupational zero stars I would. I’ve tried calling to set up an appointment so many times, with know call back. Yet when you go into this particular office everyone is just joking around at the front desk. A call back would be great! It’s bad business to leave people hanging in jeopardy when they just want to schedule an appointment!

I tend to be nervous when I go in for a doctor visit because it's not always good news. Tasha brought me back from the lobby and sparked up a conversation which helped me settle in. It was nice because it wasn't just simple small talk she was listening and giving real responses. Tasha also seemed to genuinely care about my work injury situation and helped me in thinking of the next steps. Super solid individual thanks again Tasha for easing my nerves!

I Been going to the Tacoma location since July 2022 for a back injury. To start I don’t trust Anything that has to do with L and I or Dr’s. Due to having a bad experience with an independent examiner who made me try to work with a ruptured disc, which later I had surgery to remove it and a fusion. Dr. Alina and the nurse Tasha gave me a new outlook on trusting I’ll get the proper help I need. They were both very caring, and listened to me explain how I was feeling instead of telling me what I was feeling like the last Dr.We need more people in this world like Tasha and Dr. Alina the compassion and care they give should be the model example for the rest of multicare. They both made sure I was 100% before I went back. When I was being pressured by my job to get back to full duty. They slowed me down, helped me open my eyes to caring about my well being and not the work numbers and pressure. THANK YOU! Both so much!God Bless!!!

Tasha & doctor Alinea have been very amazing with my condition after my accident, they have listened to all my concerns and have pointed me in the right direction as far as treatment goes. I would recommend occupational medicine of Tacoma to anyone who needs the same help I need. They are very compassionate and understanding.
