One night last week when I went to Walmart one of their employees decided they were going to harass me. This person I knew in my past she's a thief and a liar. She stole my personal property. Then she called my church and told them about the incident but twisted it all up. This person is 86 from the church and has been since way before the incident between me and her happened. When she approached me I told her straight up I want nothing to do with her. She starts yelling at me so I screamed your employees harassing me get her away from me. This person started walking away from me and she's screamed to me she did nothing to me. I didn't say nothing went and did what I needed to do and as exiting the store she's with her manager telling her I need to be removed from the property because I'm harassing her. I told the supervisor what went on along with the witness that was with me. And her statement back to me was will check the tape and see if she did come to you. That supervisor has done nothing so now I'm writing a review about being harassed. I'm a senior citizen what happened was absolutely not called for. The person that did the harassment should have been fired on the spot. I'm just giving everybody a heads up, watch yourself with the employees there and this is the Tacoma Washington Walmart. I personally will not go in there again as long as she's working there I don't have to be harassed. Have a great day!

The cashiers at this store refuse to bag your groceries if you're using reusable bags. And someone stands at the self-checkout line saying that you can only purchase 15 items or less there. Therefore, you are forced to buy "reusable" bags that you can never reuse because they won't bag your groceries if you have them. They put very small amounts of groceries in each bag, so you have to buy more bags than necessary. The other Walmart in town does not have either of these policies. Additionally, this store usually has long lines going back into the clothing department and only a couple of cashiers working. These things lead me to believe that the managers are trying to make as much money as possible by hiring minimal staff and making customers buy their bags, along with other practices that I'm probably not aware of. Go to the other Walmart in town. This Walmart doesn't care about the environment or about their customers. They just want to make money off of you.

One of the closest Walmart in my Tita's area. I've noticed a lot of 1 or 2 stars in this location mostly saying customer service sucks. Only here once so I cannot really tell the difference. We just came here for some movie snacks and for my body wash and so far it went well. Customer service base on my experience is just okay. They're not rude but not the friendliest either. Also, it's a pretty big Walmart compare to the ones we got in Oahu Hawaii and I appreciate the selection on their beauty supplies. They got Hawaiian goodies here too which I think really sweet knowing that lots of Hawaiians moved here. That's all really, nothing much to say about this store. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!

Terrible customer service. I was getting some stuff for a last minute sewing project and went in about 10:00 pm. When I got to the sewing aisle the lady working that section gave me a very rude look like I was bugging her by being there. When I asked for some help with fabric she snapped "We don't get trained on the fabrics and you need to hurry up we are closing". Mind you this was a whole hour before they close. I decided to try to figure out the pricing myself and finally gave up due to the lady who continued to watch me while I tried to shop. I went back the next day and had a lovey older lady help me out with the fabrics.

it sucks, the employees suck, my girlfriend needed a new tire and it said online they had a tire center here, then at the front we asked them where it was and they pointed us to the back, we went up to the desk and had to wait almost 45 minutes before someone came to help us only for them to tell us they did not actually have a tire center or auto center. we waited around while employees just stood there doing nothing. walmart just sucks.

I'm not sure if it's the fault of Walmart as a whole or of this particular store; however, I'd just like to say that the grocery delivery service that's offered by this store is a complete and utter joke. (Walmart Plus pretty much is, too, at this point.) Basically, if you place an order -- then expected it to be delayed (sometimes clear into the next day) with minimal to nonexistent communication about when you'll *actually* receive your groceries. This has become the rule rather than the exception. I've lost count of how many times that I've had to contact customer service -- and, no, not to complain and demand to speak to the manager, but simply to try to find out when my items will arrive since all the website/app will say is "Preparing" (up until it's officially late, and then at that point they change it to "Delayed - Please Check Back for Updates". No estimated time of arrival, no tracking, not even a reason for the delay. Although I've learned from my "friends" at customer service that most of the time it's due to not having any drivers available. Fine, but -- why even offer a delivery time slot if you can't guarantee that anybody will deliver? Anyhow, DoorDash *might* bear some responsibility here because I'm pretty sure that Walmart uses DoorDash drivers; however, I'm pretty sure that Safeway also does. And while far from perfect, at least Safeway still manages to more or less deliver an order on time). The only reason that I haven't given up on using the delivery "service" (such as it is) entirely is that every time that I inquire about an order, they throw promo codes at me. So I'm constantly getting $10 off codes for this delay, or $20 off for that one. I never ask for these codes but I figure that I might as well use them (I mean, I do have to pay a 4-digit rent on a part-time salary -- which is the only other reason that I shop at Walmart) -- even though I'd 100% honestly rather just have my groceries delivered. Or at the very least, know when they WILL be delivered. By the way, while I'm more familiar with the delivery service and Walmart Plus, I've been inside this actual store a few times and...well, it's better than the horrible delivery service attached to/associated with it, I guess. But not enough for me to even "upgrade" my rating to two stars. I MIGHT say one-and-a-half, if it was an option (and I was feeling generous).

The person in the back named Stephanie is the RUDEST person I have EVER come across in my entire career. I highly recommend you stay away rom this store unless you'd like to be verbally assaulted by management and Stephanie who believes she is management of some sort. She needs to be fired. She almost made my coworker cry who is brand new to this company. If I could give less a 1 then I would. Now, on the other hand Tina the cashier is the sweetest person in this place. She smiles and I don't how she can when everybody around her are so nasty and negative! If you do happen to need to come to this store say hi to Tina!! Tell Stephanie to kiss your ass too.

Lines are way too long and couldn't use self checkout because I had more than 15 items. Had to leave my cart and go elsewhere

I've never had a bad experience at Walmart. You've got to read the labels because there's a lot of iffy stuff and most is from China. I'm not happy with the lack of cashiers however.

I tried conversation with workers working in clearance joking how there was so much. They didn't even acknowledge I spoke to either one of them. Not one word, glance. Nothing! Stuff all over the place throughout the store. What a mess. Especially the baby food aisle. Wasn't expecting that one. But I found almost everything I was looking for.

I am a white man. I was walking out of Walmart located on Union Ave in Tacoma Washington having just paid for the items I had collected. I was on a video call with my girlfriend. My 100% Colombian girlfriend. As I walked out, the doorman asked to see my receipt. I pointed at the receipt which was lying atop my purchased items. The doorman only glanced down at the receipt and gave me permission to leave. I looked at him and made the comment, you didn't even look at the items as I kept walking towards the exit shaking my head. He changed his tune and made some comment about the fact that I was now going to have to produce the receipt he had just glanced at so he could inspect it thoroughly. As if he was not going to permit me to leave as he had changed the rules. I believe he was going to show me who was boss. I simply eased my way outside while connecting with my girl. As I was leaving, I noticed there were vending machines just before the exit. I delivered my goods to my car and, as I almost always do, I returned my cart. Yeah, I'm one of those guys that thinks it's wrong to not take the 40 steps necessary to ensure a cart is put away properly so as not to damage another's property. Being that my girlfriend absolutely loves stuffed animals and, in particular, stitch and Yoda, I decided to return my cart and see if I could win my love a prize at the vending machine. While at the vending machine and still on a video call with my girlfriend, the same doorman asked me for my receipt. I'm quite certain he didn't know I was the exact same person that just left moments ago. I simply looked at him, shook my head, and said no. He then said something to the effect of, I need to see your receipt. I then, very calmly, asked him why? He got visibly upset and said, it must be a white thing. Mind you, we are in public, in front of a dozen people at least, and I am on a video call with my girlfriend. I approached him and asked him what he said because, quite frankly, I couldn't believe it? I couldn't believe it even though I saw the look on other people's faces. As I approached him I asked him what he said. He affirmed, out loud, in front of everyone, the exact same response. In fact, he said it several times. I asked what he meant by that and he exclaimed, white people don't think they have to show receipts. I asked him to repeat what he said because, again, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was being verbally and racially attacked, in front of more than a dozen people, in particular a young family with a young child, for several minutes. I will never forget the look on that child's face. Yes, that child was white. A supervisor soon appeared and I stepped aside to speak with her. Remember, there are many people around and I am on a video call with my girlfriend. Everyone can hear everything that is happening. The supervisor immediately asserts that I am "causing" a scene and that I am "causing" a problem. Another supervisor soon joins in. She also suggests that what is happening is my fault and that it is I who is responsible for causing a scene. I do my best to rationalize with the supervisors who are teaming up on me to no avail. In short, they tell me I'm going to have to leave and that I will have to get in contact with the store manager add another time and threatened to call the police on me. They would not give me their names and they would only give me the first name of the store manager. Soon after that, the store manager arrived. She was much more calm. This was evident. She was also very reasonable. She and I stepped aside and she listened without immediately blaming me for something she knew nothing about. She heard the accounts and she was visibly shaken. She apologized profusely and exclaimed that what had happened was horrible and wrong. She also exclaimed that ethics are something she holds very dear. That touched my heart, I will never forget it. I expressed to her that I was willing to forgo contacting law enforcement, The Bett

They do not enforce mask mandate. People are walking around in there without masks. This place should be shut down.
