I am so glad to have found this shop. Much better pricing and service than the national chain I was using before. Huge savings on the same services the nat'l chain said I needed. When waiting, had conversations w/customers who had been coming to Midland for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have already recommended them to my friends.

I had a very positive experience, from the receptionist Julia, when I called for an appointment to the moment I pulled onto the lot to drop off my truck. Sergay was so understanding of my problem with my transmission. I was pleasantly surprised at the end of the day to learn it wasn’t as serious or expensive as I thought it would be. I was very thankful for their honesty. I will definitely continue to bring my truck to Midland for any future repairs or scheduled services.

I have never had such great customer service at an auto shop, the staff always addressed me by my first name and explained in detail the work my car needed. Exemplary auto repair shop, highly recommend!

It was getting fairly late in the afternoon when my car wouldn’t start. I called Midland Automotive and they were very helpful. I was able to get the car towed to their location before they left for the day and two days later I got the car back all repaired before the weekend….saving me more car rental charge. I feel they really went out of their way to help me out!

We were vacationing and our car was running hot. Called them got us in, diagnosed it and found out the radiator was partly blocked. Got a new one put in the next day. Took a little longer than expected and they stayed after closing to finish and make sure it was running good before they had us on our way. Very respectful and excellent customer service. Will return when visiting PNW.
