Ordered my phone case almost 2 weeks ago. Everytime I go in it's been "delayed"
They have some of the worst customer service.

I am so angry I'm now going to talk to attorney if someone doesn't fix this first thing in the morning. So I had a horrible experience with Mark when I came in and bought my phone and home internet. I left a bad review about him and I just got my service a little less than 2 weeks ago. I paid $200 in cash for both sevices. So I go to use my cell phone just now and it's shut off for non payment is what it says. I'm calling your corporate office first thing in the morning. I expect you to fire "Mark" because now he's playing a sick game. I paid for a months service in advance, why would my sevice be shut off not even 2 weeks into the month. I'm terminally ill and I depend on my cell phone for a number of reasons. I know Metro isn't playing games with my sevice but I bet an angry employee is. I'm not going to take this, this is theft and endangering my health. I am also going to make a police report I wonder how that's going to turn out for you "Mark". My service had better get restored right away or I will seek legal action!

Switched to t mobile and had to come back to metro to get device unlocked. Refused to listen to a word and kept interrupting and was very rude. And kept talking to us like we were stupid. This is exactly why we switched. ? good to know we made the right choice. T mobile was able to help us out on how to get the metro phone unlocked.

Employee was not helpful wouldn't even try to find as he said a corporate store in the area after I waited for over 45 mins just to be spoken too he shut me down the whole way even when I wanted to buy a new phone he proceeded to say well u will have to pay it all like I didn't know that or I didn't have the money to do so... won't go back won't consider t mobile at all if this is the people who represent them I'd rather stick to a pre paid never again is all I can say
