If I could leave a big ZERO I would. This is a consignment shop, not Nordstrom! The staff are rude, unprofessional in every way, and need to know that the way you treat people will affect your business. Yelling, false accusations, and overall immature behaviors and attitudes will not go unnoticed! If you want professional, higher end clientele then show respect and some level of courtesy for your customers. At this point I would not put them much higher than a Goodwill. Your product does not make a business, your attitude does!

I wanted to love this consignment shop and even traveled all the way from Port Orchard to visit Megs and Mo. Unfortunately, I was sold an item with staining around the neck. Mistakes happen, no big deal. I did not wear the item and left all tags attached. When I made the trip back to return the item, I was verbally accosted by the staff.
I would have been comfortable being calmly told that they wouldn’t take the item back, but instead, I faced raised voices and a very unpleasant experience. I stayed calm and kind throughout the encounter, and although my money was eventually returned, it came with a raised voice lecture that left both me and my partner feeling extremely uneasy.
Sadly, I'm warning my friends and family to procede with caution or avoid this shop altogether.

Unfriendly staff. Kept following me around while I was waiting on a consignment deal and touched me without permission while I held up an item to look at it. Will not be coming back.

Great place to our purchase resale! Clothes are in excellent condition, and priced reasonably. Inventory is always changing and great selection. Go to place to find Eileen Fisher!

I have shopped here for several years and almost always find something to buy . The owner Donna has always been very sweet to me, but the older lady that has been working the last 3 times I have gone in is not very friendly. I am honestly not sure how she is still employed there. Over the years the clothes seem to be geared more toward older clientele as well. I probably won't be back after my experience today. I think the store was much better a few years ago.

I took a NWT Ann Taylor suit there and when I came to pick it up, they had torn the prices off the tags. I asked them why they did that and they said to protect Ann Taylor from fake returns. I reminded them Ann Taylor wasn't their client and the clothes (and the tags) weren't their property to damage. They didn't apologize. Won't use them or shop there again.

Amazing staff. A must go to especially if you are a horrible stylist and need some gentle guidance so you don’t drown in your clothes.

I wish I had a better experience here, I was so excited and the first few things I found were promising (but too small for me - such is the life of a thrifter) but quickly found SEVERAL items that were from Ross and Target that were priced higher than they originally would’ve sold for. Additionally, while I was there a woman was on the phone with another person and speaking another language, when she asked a question to the brunette with glasses in the back, the worker was incredibly rude the woman to the point that I would consider the entire interaction blatantly racist. Very sad and unfortunate.

Great first time shopping here. Good variety and high quality items. Staff are super friendly. Good size dressing rooms with bench and little table for small carried items. Cute racks labeled "Yes", "No", and "Maybe". They have a points system for future discounts, but even without it, look forward to shopping here again soon!

Love this shop for both selling items and shopping for items! They have a great collection of clothing which is always in good condition for reasonable prices!

Was going to purchase a very pretty vintage blouse today, but the lady who owns the shop (?) Or prices at the shop had dagger eyes at me and followed me to the back of the shop, stared some more with grimace and judgment, stared some more while I looked in the mirror with the blouse, and then was very Kurt and snoot with me when I asked about the upcoming proctor market sale ( I noticed she had been staring at me so I figured I would break the ice and ask her a question since she was judging me so much. ) I have lived in the proctor neighborhood for 15 years, and I work in consignment vintage. I don't steal and I am not some young Gen z brat that wasn't about to buy anything. But she kinda ruined it for me. I put the blouse away and walked out. Found something better at goodwill later on. Sorry.

Store has always been immaculate and well put together. They obviously are doing something right they have been around for years, ashame they ain't friendy.

I got VERY lucky here shopping for some clothes for a night out. They have a large selection of dresses, skirts, pants, jackets, accessories, etc. I found their prices to be reasonable and the staff to be friendly. They have a vintage section in the back that I recommend shopping in if you want to find something unique!

Meg's & Mo is not just an incredible upscale consignment store, it is owned and operated by people with integrity. I took my daughter's purses in for consignment. My mother's wedding ring that was given to my daughter when she died was inside one of the purses. You can imagine my joy when Meg's & Mo called to tell me they found the ring and would hold it until I could pick it up. Of course, we didn't know it was missing, but ecstatic to get the ring back. Our family cannot thank Meg's & Mo enough, it means the world to us to get my mother's ring back safely. You have our full recommendation! Deb Churchill
