“Despite the protocols for Covid in place to get into the building, it's really a very decent place to go get lab work done. The staff is friendly. The phlebotomists are skilled. Generally the wait times to get into the lab for bloodwork is relatively short. It's been five minutes or less the last several times I've been.I give them full snaps for keeping the medical environment pleasant and not intimidating in the least. Very professional too!”

“I visited the Westgate LabCorp in Tacoma, WA today for a blood draw to cover five or six different important tests. The lab technician, Lindsay, was the most skilled person I've ever had to draw blood.I was in a lot of pain due to a couple issues with neuropathy in my back and legs, that I didn't mention. I began to engage her in answering ordinary questions to take my mind off myself. She had a very calming voice, pleasant attitude, plus, the easy manner of an experienced professional.While Linda was obviously very efficient in handling the numerous processing details from documentation to finally bandaging my arm, she never gave me the slightest feeling of feeling rushed to get to the next patients.She was so efficient in her care for me, that we were finished quickly. It was the most pleasant and painless blood I've had. And Linda was as lovely and caring as her name means!Normally, I would not write so much, yet it had been a tough medical day for me, with extreme painful set of x-rays, so spending the last med visit of that day, with such a kind and gentle person (for the often painful blood draw) was a truly special and relaxing l gift!!! Thank You, Linda!!”
