Never signed up for autopay and after being with them 3 yrs at 2am I am notified by my bank they auto collected my payment. Let's hope they reverse the charge as fast as they took it...

I have my own thoughts about here, this location in particular not the others (which is a lot better). I was here for a year or more, and there are cameras everywhere. A few months ago, my unit among others had their locks drilled out and things stolen from units including a collection from my childhood that meant the world to me. I don't know how they got in without breaking windows since you need a code for the gate and the doors.. but when I asked about the camera footage they told me no cameras work here in this location. I didn't get my collection back among other things and no leads to find it ever again. Breaks my heart. But since then now the cameras work.. just be weary. I lost trust with the location and had to leave for my own sake in case things like this happened again, for me it won't. The manager was a sweetheart and bless her for helping me out when leaving, otherwise I wish more workers were here working this location more often. Thanks.

This storage place on Sprague is the worst place to get a storage unit. The manager is extremely rude if I could put no stars a would. I am too trying to get a hold of corporate but she refuses to give me the information and yells at u when u ask a simple question and walks away when she doesn't want to deal with you and kicks you off the premises for no reason. Horrible place horrible manager

All of the carts to wheel in or out your stuff are missing. I called 2 different numbers and nobody answered or was in the office. I guess the right side is flooded as well. Pretty lame for the high price

Storage unit was broken into they have cameras and can’t access them 1st and last time. They stole a brand new dirtbike without a trace seems fishy

I have been very happy with this facility but they recently changed management and did not contact the tenants about the change until 2 weeks after the new management company took over. The new system did not update credit card information so I got an email saying my account was in arrears and I would have a lien put on my unit. It also included a late fee.When I called, they took off the late fee but completely blew off my concerns at lack of communication. I was also told I wasn't able to set up my auto payments over the phone, they said they were an all-paper facility but they would send me the forms right away, which they didn't. I spent an hour trying to get the PDF filler to work only to get an email several hours later about the new management company and a link to set up the autopay.I have zero confidence that the new management company is capable of effectively running this facility or that they will take the concerns of their tenants seriously. I don't have anything important stored here, otherwise I would move my items due to lack of confidence.
