I’m not really sure why this location has such a good rating. We walked in today 9-14, with no one in there. Almost immediately after a lady walked in and said I work work here. We looked at her , then she proceeded to say yes the way you just looked me like really? Uh ok. Then said “What do you want?” Exactly like that and very rudely. I go to explain the type of mattress we’re looking for. I mentioned we love the Hilton mattress and I know Serra makes it. Rest assured I do know very well it specifically made for Hilton. She goes on with a smirk without letting me finish and said we don’t get those they’re only for Hilton. I immediately told my husband, I’m done, let’s go! Older woman Heavy with dyed black hair…….
