Great haircut from Aubria! Cool vibe, and an easy walk from Tacoma Dome Station and Freighthouse Square. A nice place to hang out while you wait, or call ahead to schedule an appointment.

I cannot recommend this place. I called for an appointment on Tuesday. A gentleman answered the phone and put me down on the books for a Thursday afternoon appointment at 2 PM. I arrive at 1:30 to a shop that has no customers in it. When I go to check in, they cannot find my name on the reservations. The manager asked who I called, when I tell her I talk to a gentleman who was at home and put me on the books. She said I will have to yell at him for doing that. He did not put you on the books and there is nothing I can do as we are completely booked. Again when I entered, there was nobody in any chair, and nobody came in while I was trying to get services. There was no customer service.

I had an appointment scheduled today and when I got to the shop it was closed. They didn't provide any warning or give me a courtesy call. I even tried calling the number online but it goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full. I'll no longer be booking appointments here

Came in after another place stiffed me on a hair cut. Cece was awesome. Got me in, gave me a great haircut and shampoo. Place was super inviting and clean. I would give 10 starts if I could.

I was at Freighthouse Square today and saw this place across the street. I came over for a haircut and beard trim. The sign on the door said “walkins welcome”. When I told her what I wanted she said they don’t usually take walkins but I could come back later that night. I could also go to Sport clips if I wait until later tonight and it’s much closer to my house. There were no other customers in the shop so I’m not sure why they weren’t able to accommodate me. I thought I’d use a local business but evidently they didn’t want my money. If you want to play pool it might be a fun place. If you want to get a haircut and be on your way than I’d look elsewhere.

booked a hair cut and shave. When I got to the appointment the lady said she didn't know it was a long hair cut to donate my hair.Cut almost 2 feet of hair off to donate to Wigs for kids. Should have walked away when she started cutting my hair wet in ponytails. I just hope I can dry them enough to donate the hair.hair cut was ok.had come come back in the afternoon for the shave. The lady took an hour and half for the shave. I do better shaving at home.all in all the place sounds fun but don't waste your time.Service: Haircut

This place is incredible. Definitely make an appointment. The stylists are awesome, the atmosphere is perfect, and who doesn't want to sit down and have a beer while they get that 5 star treatment?

Super chill place to get you hair cut. They have a pool table, and a massage chair for while you wait. Call for an appointment as their are only two stylists available right now and walk in probability won’t happen.

Mandustrial looks like an old garage that's been refurbished to accommodate a hair salon for men. Sports on a TV, a few chairs for waiting and I was told you can get beverages to occupy your time waiting. So my son needed some attention to his hair and beard. Where to go? Mandustrial. The young woman was able to make a unkempt hair into a presentable hair cut. Nice. More expensive than say, your mall cheap cuts, but makes the guys feel better after getting a hair cut.

Manly place, have beer while you get your hair masterfully cut. Neck shave and hot towel. Relaxing and a real treat.
