paid 2500 dollars for a 75 inch TV...Its been 15 days and it still doesnt work.You cant call them , so I have to take a day off and go down to the store which is 30 miles away. I get there and Im told it will be 15 more days before they can get someone out to my home to look at it. Thats a whole month with out TV. This is unacceptable and they just dont give a sh-t. I spent 200 extra dollars for their so called Tech warranty.Dont buy it , it gets you no where. If you buy something from them its yours and its your problem not theres if it dont work!

Kolby was an absolute angel! We went in super late to buy a new phone and he was super funny and willing to answer all of our questions. He was also super super quick with helping us purchase + setting up the new phone. I'll be singing fergalicious in his honor at karaoke tonight!

They do not offer zero stars. Bust buy is a waste. There phone service is in another country, transfer transfer transfer then call drop, Tec support is useless. Waste of time

They need to fix their ordering system. I put in an order for overnight delivery. Half of it got delayed. And despite the fact I immediately replied to the email to cancel the order so I could get the items locally, I couldn't cancel. Then the one part of the order that was SUPPOSED to arrive got delayed too. Totally freakin' useless.

Only reason I am giving Tacoma Best Buy 1 star is because it's been over a week and I still haven't received a call back to help resolve the issue. Only reason I even gave it the one star is because I have to. These guys were absolutely rude with zero customer service skills. I bought a dji drone from the Tacoma Best Buy. Super nice guys helped us. I hadn't used the drone much over the course of 2 weeks. I think it was under an hour total of fly time. I went to use it on my 15th day and the gimbal was all messed up. It kept saying gimbal motor overload and was shaking. Well I had flown it off somewhere and was flying passed on my camera alone. Once I lost the picture on the gimbal it accidentally went into the tree. I called customer service because I knew I was approaching my deadline for a return. They informed me to bring it in tomorrow to my local Best Buy cuz the closest store to me was closing in 10 min. I packaged up the drone and brought it to work with me the next day. On my lunch break I went to go speak with Best Buy at north gate. Once I arrived I was directed to customer service to speak with Ian I believe his name was. At first it started out good. He looked at the drone and said oh yeah the gimbal moved quite a lot that shouldn't have happened that's a manufacturer defect. Let's go a head and get this exchanged for you. I handed him my receipt and at this point I am 1 day past the return policy. Only because I just hadn't used it yet during my first 14 days with it. Anyways he starts scanning away and then goes oh I can not return it you have to go through dji. Dji is requesting to see the damage. And then I asked and he advised me that it was since my return date was off by 1 day. I then asked to speak with a manager. Ian then rolled his eyes and radioed for the manager that was right next to him. Once she finished up with the customer she was working with she then came over and had a conversation with Ian directly next to me about the situation. She kept asking Ian questions saying why won't it or what happened etc. they finished their conversation (I am still standing right next to them) the manager then walks away and Ian looks at me and goes yep she said the same thing as me it has to go back to dji. Now I am crying in the store due to being completely stressed out as I have a $600 paper weight now that I got to use for 30 min and no one will help me with it. So I asked Ian to please have the manager speak with me. I explained the situation to her and she just ended up yelling me. Eventually she went and got her manager who then came out and also gave me the run around as to why the couldn't exchange it for me. I know that they have the capabilities of being able to do what's right they just chose not to do it. I then spoke with an agent on chat as I was so upset. They assured me that yes a manager could override the system and make an exception to the policy and return/exchange it for me. I then told the chat how good of an experience I had at the Tacoma store and they advised me that they would put my in the que for a call back from the Tacoma branch. Here it is almost a week later and no call back. Literally the worst costumer service ever. My family and I will not be purchasing from Best Buy ever again. This company doesn't stand behind their products and doesn't care about their customers at all!!!!

I refuse to do business with a business that won't allow me to speak directly with the store. After spending 10 minutes lost in the "press 1 for" phone tree I was finally connected with the rudest person possible at "corporate" who informed me that I cannot speak directly with a store because they don't take calls. Her tone was rude, as if I should have known. I don't want to do everything on line - I won't be forced to either.

Customer service is non existing! I had to go beg for help and the clerk didn't have a clue what he was talking about! Another clerk made eye contact with me and walked the other way! The first clerk had an attitude like I was bothering him, when I asked for something less expensive he said nope that's all there was, no other suggestions, he was done! I never go to Best Buy because the help is always very untrained on their merchandise, I'll just go to Fryes from mow on!

I ordered an Apple computer December 24 they said it would be available January 5 in-store pick up I called to check on my order on Jan 5, now it's not gonna be available till January 19th! That is unacceptable and for them to tell me on January 5 it won't be available for another two weeks is not OK. I just wanna refund a full refund for that for all the extra tech gadgets I ordered that makes no sense they could've told me before January 5 that it wouldn't be ready till January 19.

The Best Buy staff are always friendly and helpful so when I'm looking or buying it's a good experience But on the Security company they hired several obvious things that are noticed about them They had 2 guards there sitting by the front door both with their faces in their phones and lack of attention to their surroundings/ people. Because I have well over a decade of experience in the security field both armed and unarmed If you are working in an area where there a high number of people you do not wear a thigh holster for your firearm. Best Buy is not a high risk site

If there were a 0 star to give , this store deserves a 0 star. Horrible experience and I am going to just return the item then buy it off somewhere else. Not sure how this store is even still in operation.Comparing to the South Hill location, this store deserved nothing. By the way, watch out if you get served by a guy named Spencer, who is extremely rude and unprofessional.
