Andi was exceptional! I called multiple salons and no one wanted to touch my hair. I was nervous that I would never find anyone to brave my hair project, but I found Andi at Lux. She was honest and worked very hard for over 5 HOURS to give me what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My hair went all the way down my back, I wanted to have bangs and bright blonde hair and she was able to make it happen for me. Andi is very professional and I appreciate how hard she worked for me. With well over 50 foils, precisely placed, trips back and forth for rinsing and more foiling, the blending of roots and toning, hair cutting and finding my bangs. Andi is truly the best of the best, you'll be lucky to have someone of her caliber working with you.

I was immediately greeted warm by the front desk and offered beverages. I was seen promptly and the stylist was so nice and efficient. I got a blond balayage and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I wanted to a T! She even helped me with my bangs and cut them without charging me since I got a botch bang trim earlier by another salon. I enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again!

My hair is so important to me just like everyone right.. well let me just say that Sarah Klein is AMAZING!! Everytime I tell her what I want and share ideas with her she NAILS it!! She knows what she is doing ? Sarah also makes time for me whenever I need her by showing flexibility with her clients and, professionalism. Ashley was the hairdresser for my daughter whom is very sensitive and Neuro divergent, Ashley was so welcoming and patient with my daughter(she was scared and worried out getting her hair washed and cut). And Ashley was so patient and gentle with her; that she’s more than happy to come back. 10/10 we will be back and will recommend the salon and her to anyone that asks.

Best salon ever! I'm really nonchalant about my hair and irs gotten me in trouble not being specific or being too easy going, but even with that demeanor Andi was the most amazing and helpful, she walked me through the best route to get the results I wanted and was upfront and honest about how many sessions it would take and make recommendations that would help me in the long run. I loved working with her and I look forward to every appointment I have with her. She's done up styles for a 50s theme party for me and gave me a gorgeous color people won't stop complimenting, I would recommend her to everyone!

Please, ladies and gentlemen, if you can avoid this place, I would highly consider doing it. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm gonna start this review with hands-down. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hair salon in my entire life, I was able to be squeezed in for a last-minute appt with Andy. I was only going in for a haircut, as I had just colored my hair at home however, my cutting skills are not there yet so I needed a quick trim. I started off the appointment by letting her know that I had just bleached my own hair, so a cut, and a treatment would be preferable, and I also let her know that I was recently diagnosed with cancer, and this was the last time My hair was going to be nice before chemo takes it all. After a couple moments of consulting, she asked me if I would like my hair toned since it was a little yellow. I agreed as this was something I was gonna do at home, but if she was offering, it would be a lot easier. She takes me to the shampoo bowl and let me know that there was a small spot that I missed on the back and asked if she could take care of it, I agreed And not even five minutes later she had bleach on my head. Keep in mind that I let her know that I did my hair, and I only wanted the toner. I asked her to take it off as it started to burn, seeing as I just bleached my hair the day before. Again stated to her I didn't want more lightning. She went to mix up my toner after this, and placed it on my head. She asked the stylist next to us if it was supposed to look green and she said that it would look a little funky until processing. After leaving me for about 10 minutes, she comes back and asked me if I liked my hair a silver or gray color. Initially, I was just thinking that there was a little tint of silver as we were doing a platinum toner, but when I look at my head, my hair is now gunpowder gray. She attempts to wash it off and it is not the blonde that she kept saying she was trying to fix it, and in no way was I rude, but I let her know that I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager Amy was not very helpful either, even after I teared up and let her know that this is the last time that my hair is going to be pretty before my chemo treatment, and she should not have messed it up in the way that she did. She told me that it was the other stylist fault, as she consulted with someone else about formula, again another excuse. She swapped with another stylist, Sarah, who was supposed to "fix it" after leaving me at the bowl for over 20 minutes while they went and talked in the back, they came out and stated to me that the only way to get my color back to the blonde that it was was to bleach it again. No regard whatsoever for the health of my hair. She then comes back and starts putting more bleach on my head even after I said no saying it's ammonia free and it won't be damaging. I made her take it off after five minutes because my scalp started burning, and I now have, aching sores on my scalp from over bleaching at the salon. She kept swearing saying she was sorry, it didn't feel very professional, and it was very uncomfortable. All during this time while she was trying to apply more color, the manager aimee was waving above her, trying to Signal to her about different things, in an extremely unprofessional way thinking I wouldn't see her trying to communicate. Aimee kept saying this entire time just trying to make you happy. Please keep in mind that this wasn't just a haircut or hair color. I didn't like, this was total ruining of the hair. I currently had right before I am having chemo. She got me back to the chair and it took her almost a half hour to cut my hair as it seems she didn't know how to cut. I started crying when I saw the color in the light, because it was a lot darker Then what I came in with, and was very orange. When I asked Sarah if she was going to fix it, she stated that the manager had told her not to and just told her to get me out of the salon. While I didn't have to pay for the service, I

Stylist: The last two stylist that did a cut and foil left Lux Salon. There's an additional $45 dollars added to see a new stylist and risk a botched service. My only complaint is the stylist turnover.

I got my bangs trimmed by Ashley and they are PERFECT. I am extremely picky about my bangs and have had literally 2 people on earth get them just right. Now Ashley makes 3! She immediately "got" my aesthetic and the details and important parts of the pictures I brought in. She was patient (it's a detailed, precision cut) and enjoyable to talk to. I will be back for a trim soon and a whole haircut one of these days. Thank you Ashley and Lux!

Andi is fantastic! My hair stylist I have been going to for years has moved out of state, I found this place and scheduled an appointment with And and I am very happy with the way my hair looks. She is professional, friendly, and upbeat, I highly recommend you make an appointment with her, you'll be happy you did.

I went here to go and get my haircut and styled. I couldn't believe how pretty it looked it was such a nice place! The stylist who did my hair was Andi and let me tell you she did an amazing job!! She was very nice and outgoing I loved talking to her while getting my hair done! She is an amazing stylist I highly recommend her if you go!

I got a drastic haircut by Jaqui, she did a fantastic job. Didn't even hesitate shaving my hair off! Everyone in there is wonderful, polite and supportive! They also have a great return policy in case you buy one of their products and realize you don't need it or already have it at home ?
