BEST LUSH EXPERIENCE EVER. Marcus and the girls of Lush at Tacoma Mall are the sweetest staff and certainly deserving of a massive raise. They were helpful but not in an overbearing way, kind & genuine, AND invited us to play a game for a prize. We had so much fun and will be returning the next time we’re in WA.

I already love Lush and my experience at this location made me love it even more. Markus was working through the Lush-rush solo like nobody’s business! Not only did he ring up what seemed like a never ending swarm of customers, he fully answered every question asked, offered advice, and maintained the kindest attitude! Lush always hires the nicest people but this employee is exceptional.

Marcus is such a good salesman I can’t believe it. Waved us down and explained how great every product was in beautiful detail. Ended up leaving with more than we planned and I truly think he’s some kind of bath bomb lotion djinn (complementary)! I always liked walking by LUSH but now I love it! Also thanks for the samples, will come back for the tumeric latte masssage bar

My monthly Lush haul is an absolute must! The bath bombs are iconic, but my new favorite obsession is the hair care products, especially “Squeak” shampoo and “Power” conditioner.

Hi this is cooper and everyone should go here everyday. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they have cool mindcraft stuff and you can try soaps and boms and the workers are the best people and Logan was so nice and so was everyone else

Enjoyed a lush birthday party here today! We made bath bombs, made soap animals, got facials, played a game for a prize, and each guest left with a lush goodies bag! team was absolutely amazing, the managers are IT! Loved everyone moment of this party! Thank you Lush Team!! ?

I went to Lush for the first time the other day and Gabby was absolutely amazing. She made great recommendations based on the scents that I liked and seemed very knowledgeable about the products she was introducing me to. I will definitely be back based on the experience Gabby was able to create.

My wife loves this place . Although a little pricey , the quality of the products is quite good. You can even use any of the soaps in a sink right in the store to wash your hands or your face. They also have facemasks and blocks of soap that you can cut out how much you want. Be ready to take a big ward of Cash or lots of plastic credit cards.

Logan was so knowledgeable and kind. They were busy but both team members made sure everyone was taken care of. I didn’t catch the other associates name but he was also so nice and sweet & showed us a bathbomb demo! I love all the products I left with and the store had a great layout.
