Disgusting quality of service. I went to change the oil on my truck. I was greeted by an employee, Chris. He was impolite. All boxes were empty, but Chris said that I should wait. An hour later I came to find out. Chris was rude, he kicked me out. I waited five hours and still couldn't change the oil on my truck.

Dirty, poor parking process, tight roads with people living out of their car. Drugs and homeless everywhere . Not sure if that's a loves or location problem but try to avoid if possible

What a great bunch of guys, I blew a alternator belt on a Sunday and they went out of their way to find and get one to me. I will be using this place in the future.
