Tim, Victor, Tawa (Tama) did a great job packing my home. My house was 1800ish square feet plus garage space. They did it in a day. They were very friendly and professional.

My neighbors used this moving company through a military move. One of the employees walked on to our property and scratched our vehicle with a tool. I have the incident on video from a security camera. When I attempted to put in a claim the the manager Karen, she told me to take it up with my insurance company. The company has terrible service and disregard for their customers. Use another company.

I just moved and my case manager at Dept of Ageing and Disabilities in Washington had these movers because they are contracted. I will say this first, the two people that came out were very very nice. Even helped me make my bed, since I am wheelchair bound. That being said, Nothing made sense in the packing. They was no rhyme or reason to the way they packed. I had things for my computer in 3 different boxes. They didn't unload the cold or frozen foods that they removed and boxed up. Nothing was marked on the boxes as which room they came from, but to be honest, it was 2 rooms and a bathroom. It took me 5 days to get all done, even with help from my caregiver. Just overall a bad experience.

Hello everyone.. i saw all your 1☆ Reviews.. and i am very sorry reading this.. we had an Overseas moving Trip..those Guys were absolutely amazing.. a fun and professional Crew.. i saw our Container from inside, i saw how everything was stored..it was amazing.. and all the way from WA to Germany, ni Damage, no Loss.. for me.. best Movers ever..

My HHGs crates were not sealed, and they delivered on a day that I could not receive my house hold goods. Missing furniture, broken furniture, and items I never seen before

I posted a very detailed and lengthy review which was deleted for unknown reasons. So the short version is, I would not recommend this company to anyone. We hired them through Atlas for a cross country move. They lost over 20 boxes and our final shipment was 6 weeks late.

I would recommend using Lincoln Moving and Storage only for a short distance move. I was moving cross country and they had my items sitting in the distribution center for over 10 days and no one bothered to reach out that there was a delay until I called and emailed multiple times. Now Atlas/Lincoln is not honoring the delay claim that I filed for having to be without my goods for 2 weeks and sleeping on an air mattress.

The majority of my shipment came back broken or damaged. Both dressers were broken. Both desks damaged, mattress had a large hole/cut in it. TV stand, Antique Hutch, and book shelf all had multiple deep scratches. The damage indicates pure negligence of care.

Horrible experience! They recieved my shipment to transit to Alaska and they doubled the price now they wont release my belongings until I pay them $3000...I had a Moving company drop it off a few weeks ago they are charging me to hold it for 3 weeks $3000 this is outrageous I've already contacted the US department of transportation FMCSA and made a formal complaint. I encourage everyone to do the same

For semi truck drivers, take Fife Street from Tacoma way, It will take you to the main gate of the location. It’s above the hill, trucks are allowed.road is wide enough but the uphill of steep and with a curve. But in the end everything will be fine. Nice place . Nice people.
