I had my taxes done at the office on 4020 S. Steele St. Suite 104 Tacoma Washington. The office supervisor Cerina Murphy was the one do my taxes. She was great, the experience was probably the best I ever had doing my taxes. She was very detailed and professional. Hopefully she can prepair them again next tax season. Thank you Liberty Tax and Cerina Murphy.

Cerina walked me through every step with care and friendliness. She was fun to work with and made a dreadful process delightful. She was patient, compassionate, and human, while also professional and efficient. I’d recommend this office very highly. I’ll probably go back next year!
