I would have loved to give a good review, however, within the first week of having my glasses, they landed with a scratch. A pretty good one at that. Now, within the first few months of having my replacement, they landed with multiple scratches. I understand if I wasn’t being diligent with them, or dropping them and cleaning them with crazy means…however, I have never been more diligent with a pair of glasses in my life. I’ve had glasses since I was 4, so none of this is new to me. This bad of quality, though, is. None of my glasses, after being dropped, kicked, landing on gravel and the road, cleaned with not the best materials available, still have NEVER received scratches.
On top of my lenses being scratched, yet again, my frames now also have dents in them. I haven’t dropped these glasses once. I have NEVER received such bad quality in my frames and lenses. Unfortunately, I do have to bring my business back here because I need my glasses. However, within good conscience, I cannot return back here and would encourage others to do the same. Nice people, horrible glasses. Very disappointed.

It was excellent. I told the sales representative what I wanted, and what my insurance would cover; and she was very helpful in finding the frames and lens, I wanted.

Nice selection of frames to choose from. Young lady Angelina was very helpful in explaining the differences in lens for me to choose from. No pressure in sales she showed me the differences in pricing and what was best for the wallet.
There is an in store discount that made the cost cheaper than what my insurance would of cost me.

The man that helped me was fantastic and completely knowledgeable of all aspects of his job. A gal helped me for several minutes too, she was great as well.
Customer service since Covid has been a thing of the past, but not at LensCrafters! What a breath of fresh air. I work at a Power Plant, and from now on we'll be using the LensCrafters branch at the South Tacoma Mall, and it's a 2 hour drive on way for us from Packwood.
