Very unprofessional and discourteous. Dropped off a box and forgot to pick up a replacement box. I came back and asked for the replacement and said that I wished she had reminded me of the replacement box. The discourteous lady said “ I should remind myself. I waited for about five minutes to have the box and grabbed one. She then said that if she gets hurt she will report so I would be blocked and I would not be able to send through LBC. LBC is not the only company that’s available. I have sent over a hundred boxes. At one time I sent 50 boxes with them. It was good then. Now they have employed very discourteous people. I will not send through LBC anymore. Bad company with bad people. She should be fired.

Nice friendly service. If you're sending large boxes to the Philippines but are not concerned about the snail-pace shipping via cargo ships, then this is a cost-effective alternative. Otherwise, it's going to cost you five times or greater to mail a Balikbayan box (no weight restriction) to the Philippine Islands.
