There prices are not rounded off, and because you have to pre buy a card you end up with an odd amount on the card.That's a scam!

My ATM card got skimmed at this place. Immediately after withdrawing cash from the atm nearest the cash register, my bank contacted me about fraudulent charges. When I confronted them about this, they just went on about how one star reviews are bad for business. Well guess what bro, can't scam me.

We have been coming to this laundromat for years with good results, however, last night when I went to use their ATM, my bank called immediately and said that there was fraud detected. I called the business this morning to let them know, and the woman who I spoke with was very defensive, called me a liar, and was completely unconcerned with the fact that my card information was hacked. Had to order a new card, etc.Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for behavior.

the old lady working there today at 9am was extremely rude. This wasn't the first time I noticed her attitude. It has been very consistent She is rude every time I've been there and she was there and I'm honestly tired of the bad attitude. Everyone else that works there has been a delight except her. The old skinny lady with glasses was talking rude about one of the people that was there to do their laundry to someone that may of worked there or someone she knew, either way that is very unprofessional. It's a very nice place when she isn't there. I asked to use the bathroom and she huffed, puffed rolled her eyes and then got up. Maybe next time I'll just drive across town after the funds run out on my card. Besides her the place is 5 stars, except she ruined my experience again. Not gonna ruin my day lady. Maybe she needs some time off for a while.

Great washers and dryers! Dried my clothes all the way for the most part in the biggest dryers. Will def be coming back. Thank you for being friendly and helpful!

If I could give zero Stars I would sadly, my husband and I put in a load and the attendant lady on-site decided after that load have been in for five minutes the attendant lady on-site stopped it and then said we have to have the wash started @ 7:30 at the latest but she had stopped it at 7:31 and we had already had it in there for 5 minutes and is now refusing to give me my money back that we put in so now on top of having wet soapy clothes now we also are not getting our money back that we deserve
