Living here in Tacoma, for the time frame I've been here, makes you feel like you're dreaming. This isn't my first time coming to this location, I've been here previously. I haven't had any complaints with the service from the staff members. Today's staff member who worked tonight's shift was extremely rude. She was rushing me out the laundromat before 9 pm, to the point that she was trying to put my belongings on a dirty street floor. I have never experienced anything like this before. #Hillbilly rude

First time coming here. It was clean but the patrons are very rude and sinister. Machines don’t work properly clothes didn’t dry all the way.

So I've been coming to this place for some time now, the lady working tonight is super unpleasant and un professional.
I know that last wash is at 7:30 pm I was inside by 7:15pm the person working was no where to be seen. After I am already loading the washer she appears and tells me that its past last wash.
I comment that I've been coming for some time and know I made it, even the sign on the door posts the time.
This lady proceeds to tell me that she's closing early because there may be snow and she has a long drive and that I better hurry up. Otherwise I can come back at 6 am.

The Older short Black lady here is pretty rude. I came in at 725pm to wash a load and she’s says “ma”am you better hurry up” I said what time is the last load ? she said “in like a Minute” their sign states 730 is last load .Her approach could’ve been a lot more professional and more friendly she needs to learn how to address customers and not “Ma’am you better hurry up” when I had more than enough time to put my single load she watched me put in the washer. Not sure if she likes her job to much and I don’t really care her attitude sucks and she’s ALWAYS rude.

We travel a lot and use Laundromat all over the PNW This place is a nice clean place. One of the cleanest I've seen. The lady working was very nice and helpful keeps busy. She walked around cleaning the entire time I was here. The prices are high, though. The machines worked great and they will wash for you at $1.25 a lb. The machines cost: Double load $4.45 triple load $6.39 $.69 for dryer for 11 minutes. Plus you have to load money on a card to use the machines Then get your money back from the lady if you didn't use it all.My biggest problem is it smelled of cannabis from the store next door. Bottom line too expensive and smelly.

The attendant that works here on Tuesday short older dark skin lady. Only unlocks door closest to the counter, sits at the desk, mumbles back to you when you ask her anything or need to purchase something. Just plain RUDE!!!!!!! They should just fire her. She's rude, racist and lazy...

First time at Laundry Mart I was greeted by Dale. She was extremely helpful and polite. This Laundromat is clean, and the washing machines are fast and work well! Took less than 25 minutes to do a full load. The Negatives of this place is the location. It's next to a very popular dispensary. I recommend parking in the Tacoma Goodwill/ValueVillage lot right across from the location. CASH ONLY, but they do provide a reloadable card. This place stays open longer than Mr. Bubbles down the street.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Customer service here is absolutely awful. The lady working is ALWAYS rude, has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced( and I work in the food industry ) she yells at the kids if they are “too loud” or walking “too fast” kids that aren’t hers to speak at, mind you. She rushes you, rolls her eyes at you and is just plain out disrespectful. Absolutely disgusting behavior. They charge double the price as most laundry mats for the dryer and they don’t even work took over two hours to dry one small load. I’ve come three times unfortunately and each time my experience gets worse. I only come when my normal place is closed and I’m desperate but, next time I’ll take my chances washing my clothes in the bath tub at home then to ever step foot in this establishment again.
