I can't say enough good things about this neighborhood computer repair shop. My HP notebook computer got stuck in a bad loop and Windows would not load. ! I tried all the easy things I knew like undoing the latest update or restoring it to a prior time but nothing worked for me. To be honest my computer had been slow and glitchy for quite some time but now it stopped working completely. When I went inside the shop I was greeted and helped by Daerik. When I told him my troubles with the loop I was stuck in and that this computer may have been a lemon since it had always been slow, he listened. Then he told me he had worked on many of the same model HP and he had a hunch what the problem was so he explained everything and gave me two options. I went with the solution -#2 but it was good to know there were options. I got my computer back even faster than the 2 days they quoted because the parts for my repair were in stock. I am so glad I went to this business and that I am back up and running even better than before! Their rates are very good and the service is excellent.

Can’t tell you how grateful I am for Bishop! He was assigned to my laptop and was able to fix it after a wine spillage. He also cleaned it. My laptop looked brand new. Price was reasonable. Superb customer service-they checked in with me and every time I called they had no problems providing me an update.

The gentlemen who run this store are more than informative and courteous. They explained to me the diagnosis they gave to my computer, making sure I understood what was wrong.They didn't shove the information down my throat and they never once had a condescending tone. It was some of the best customer service that I have had the pleasure of coming across.In the end, my computer was a dud, but they never charged me for they're labor. Why? CUS THEY'RE SOME OF THE BEST GOSH DARN TECH HEADS OUT THERE. I will certainly be returning for any of my tech needs.

My email was hacked. Did what I could and called Last Stop to ask if there was anything else I needed to do or if they could come to me to look at my PC. The gentleman that helped me was patient and thorough with the steps I needed to take. He reassured me that I done the right things and that there was nothing else he could do given the information he gave me and what I had done. I felt like he took my concerns into consideration and genuinely helped me. Thank you so much! I would have been more than happy to pay for the time he spent talking to me on the phone!

I have had the most amazing experience. For 3 months I was stuck troubleshooting issues with my computer: Blue screens of death, freezing and not posting. I tried everything possible thing to fix it and never got it to work. I gave up and decided to give a computer repair shop a try, and I can say that I don’t regret taking my PC to this place. The guy that helped me was friendly, honest, communicative and very knowledgeable. I am beyond thankful for such excellent service, my computer now works as it should so far and it’s performing better than ever.

The macbook I took in ended up being too damaged to repair, but I’m glad I took it in here! They showed me pictures of the damage and explained the problem in depth - one of the workers even told me about ways to recover the data and was extremely helpful! This was all free of charge since they weren’t able to fix the macbook - I’m definitely going back here with any and all future computer problems! Very honest and helpful!

These are great, friendly guys....I had a user-malfunction with my laptop....they fixed me at the counter and didn't ask for anything, BUT NOT WILLING TO Steal their intellectual capital (they gave me a free lesson), I ponied up $10 for lunch.... Clean, organized shop. So nice, I will go in to buy my next laptop (since I usually buy re-furbished anyway). Do not hesitate to visit.
