Gates have not worked in years and probably never will [had my vehicle stolen last year] Amenities are frequently closed. Groundskeepers are very inconsiderate of your vehicles. People at the pool are extremely loud and disruptive. Vehicles are encased in spiders every single day.
People seem to mind their own business.

It’s a nice place to live the only thing I have a problem with is there so Much geese poop it seem that’s all you can walk on
