After being rear ended, I took my Subaru to Lakes Body Shop. Their work was excellent. Communication was great too. The receptionist was warm and helpful. I worked with Kenny. He made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands.

Months ago I had some damage to my car and the quote was not what I expected. He asked me if I was military and I showed him my i D and he gave me a 10% discount; also I was allowed to use one of their vehicles (at quite a savings).
Recently I came into them because I had a part of my fender popped out as if someone had backed into me. He drove the car into the shop for about 20 mins and came back with that part of the car fixed!! WOW ? I asked him how much does this cost and he waved me off! These guys are amazing!! Thanks so much!!

Lakes body shop is terrible Kenny the Manger tells lies and cussed at me when I told him the car is messed up. They scratcher my car and danger the rubber molding. They also left orange peel on my paint. They also left dots of dirt in my paint. They also painted my quarter panel and said they didn’t do it. I asked to talk to the owner Kenny said he couldn’t do it because the owner is in another state. I will never take my car to lakes body shop again. They have terrible service. Can the owner please call me I done talking with lying Kenny. I need the owner of lakes to call me. or I’m taking lakes body shop to court

10/10 definitely recommend this place. My car was backed into, and Kyle was so incredible helpful in not only the process of getting my repairs handled, but was also a HUGE help when I ran into some issues with my insurance company. Everyone here is SO friendly, and I will absolutely be coming back here to get future work done. Thank you Lake’s!!!

My son is station there in Lakewood Wa. Something happened to the molding on the side of his vehicle. I ordered the new molding and I call several of those body shops around there to check to see how much would they charge to put this new molding on his vehicle. They all were asking for (4 arms and 3 legs ) in other words to much. I thought about waiting until he comes home to have it done, but sometimes said try this number which was Lakes Body Shop. I call thinking it would be the same, but much to my surprise it wasn’t. I quickly realized there’s still a few good people in this world, not everybody is trying to rip you off. Kenny is such a down to earth really good guy. I thank God. I would highly suggest and recommend this shop if you want good honest people to really help you out. They are the best.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at Lakes Auto Body were extremely helpful with my repair.
I searched hi and low for imperfections. And found none.
They had my truck done flawlessly before the date they quoted.
I am very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend to anyone.

I don’t recommend going here. The lady told me they would charge me 13K to paint my vehicle. You would assume that candy paint but nope. The regular black paint. She basically wasn’t hearing anything i was saying. Seems like they only want insurance money. Just my opinion

Do not bring your car into this establishment. Kenny was rude and claimed he had called to schedule my repairs and when I had proven he had not called me he started yelling and telling me he doesn't need me to bring my car in. The repairs were over $11,000. Now if they are so successful that they do not need my business then so be it. I had brought all my cars in the past to this establishment but no longer will I recommend or bring another car here ever.
