We absolutely love our new small couch. We had a vision of something bigger than a love seat, but small enough we could still touch each other. Our sales representative was patient and nailed it with this suggestion. We are very happy comfy customers.

Incredible service experience - we had a very limited budget to work with but the staff had great patience, creativity, and clarity to guide us to the right chair for my mom. The 4* instead of 5* is really LaZBoy in general - prices have always been high but it’s a real drawback in the current economy. Thank God for sales!!!

Oh my goodness! Julius was the most friendly, helpful, engaging sales associate! I arrived at the Tacoma location about 30 minutes before they closed and when I entered, there were several employees standing and talking. I knew exactly what I wanted, was just unsure of the color. I received a pre Black Friday text; so decided to stop in. After standing in the middle of the store for several minutes looking for someone to come help (I was the ONLY customer in the store), an associate finally approached. He ultimately sat me down with swatches and handed me off to Julius, who truly saved a sale! I purchased the chair I had been eyeing and Julius pointed out one in clearance that was ready to go AND in one of my color choices! He never made me feel rushed (even though it was nearly closing time) and answered all of my questions and scheduled delivery. Now, I am just waiting for the beautiful, leather media recliner for my husband to arrive. Thank you Julius

My wife and I went to La-Z-Boy in Tacoma with a specific kind of chair in mind. The associate was great and showed us several styles of the type of chair we wanted. They not only listened to what we wanted, they did not try and up sell us on a style we didn't want. They were attentive and made sure we were happy with chair we finally decided on. The chair was delivered in a timely manner, and the delivery team did a great job in setting it up. All-in-all, we had a great experience dealing with La-Z-Boy in Tacoma.

We ordered a second recliner.Since the first one was nicely made and delivered in short order a year ago. I called and Julius took our order and explained that the fabric may not be available. He said will contact us with an update and options, if necessary. Very good product and service

Coming into the store was very nice. Jessica helped me. I was happy with the purchase process. I will edit my review upon delivery of my furniture.. I did receive my furniture two pieces a loveseat and recliner. There was. no remote for the recliner, so immediately the delivery gentleman called dispatch to report the missing remote. Yesterday I received a nice call from Cheryl at Lazy Boy and my remote is being delivered. Very simple solution yippee !! My new Lazy Boy furniture is very comfortable and nice to look at. Thank you Lazy Boy My remote arrived and my recliner is wonderful the lumbar support is great.
