Do not stay here . Long story short there are TONS of sketchy characters around the building and in and out of the parking lots. The breakfast is okay . Not very many choices . They ended up charging me more than It was booked for after I had left ( I’m from out of town) and when I called to confront them they hung up and ignored my phone calls as soon as I would say the name under the reservation.

One of the worse hotel experiences of my life. The neighborhood is very sketchy, you cannot walk anywhere and feel safe. My room keys and number were given to 2 men who I did not know. They walked in on me. It was very awkward and when I called the front desk to explain this to them, the man who answered the phone was so mean. He didn't apologize or give me any reassurance it wouldn't happen again. He sounded very annoyed and said, "well, send them back down so I can give them the right keys." The smoke alarm goes off when you open the door after you shower, it's VERY loud and alarms for about 5 min. When I brought this up they laughed and said "You have to be careful of that." Our keys to our room worked about half the time. We had to get replacements twice. The housekeeping staff was kind. The front desk staff was very mean and annoyed by our presence. I wouldn't stay here unless you absolutely have to.Safety: Does not feel safe to walk. Certainly do not leave anything in your car.

If you want your room cleaned, garbage changed or fresh towels you must let the front desk know.

Price was right - business travel with basic rooms, as expected. Customer service is the winning ingredient, the reason we would rebook when back in town.

Terrible hotel. Very noisy and once dusk falls, you’re trapped due to the drug addicts/homeless camp under the bridge. Not a nice part of town. The breakfast is useless unless you like bread and more bread. They don’t do room service as we ran out of towels and soap. Keep looking, there are better places around.

Very nice accommodations.I would love to stay again ,,very comfortable And breakfast was very nice.And it also has a nice restaurant To serve drinks liquor Beer or Pepsi or Coke very nice accommodations.After hour bar opens up at 6 p m.. It also has seven floors and on site security. Watching your cars and your valuables... So It is a well established place is all I can say..Safety: There Is a security guard watching your cars and your entry and exit on duty twenty four hours a day seven days a week three hundred and sixty five days a year so funny,,,checking everything..???

Had to go ask my own for fresh towels. Didn't come to the correct trash and didn't change towels.

We had a room on the freeway side and it was quite noisy. We had asked for a late checkout and we were not told that it was more money for that. And we asked for extra pillows and didn't receive it.

Garbage customer service they let you pay online with the cash app card but once you get there you can't use your cash app card and then you have to wait 527 business days for your refund they're rude call security like as soon as you even question them say that you're screaming at them when you've all recently raised your voice I would not recommend this hotel there's a bunch of crackheads outside and the security guard looks like he shoots dopeNoteworthy details: They're very rude smug you can't use anything except for a bank card there however they let you pay online with a cash app card but they do not accept catch app cards and then it takes 527 business days to get your money back

Great choice. When I arrived the desk clerk thanked me for choosing to be a Wyndham member. When I ran out to my vehicle for a second, the (different) desk clerk auto-opened the door for me so I didn't have to use my key card. A custodian smiled at me! The room was perfect. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the lot is well lit and I expeirenced no issues. I recommend this option in Tacoma.

Very noisy. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and the windows aren't sealed properly or something, because it sounds like they're open the whole time. The mattresses sucked; we tossed and turned all night. Turning the bath water all the way to hot won't result in hot water; to get it hot, it can only be turned partway toward hot. But the room was clean, we couldn't hear our neighbors on any side, and the waffles at breakfast were really good.

The inside of the hotel was fine but unfortunately it’s in a terrible part of town. Might be okay if you drive there. If you walk from downtown do NOT walk along 25th street.Safety: Sadly the area is very downtrodden and many people will feel unsafe.Walkability: Not a good area for walking though you can walk from the train station or the dome easily just don’t walk along 25th street.

Expect a noisy sound from the freeway make sure to bring earplugs or my preference noise cancelling earbuds. probably better to go out to eat but you could enjoy the pankakes for breakfast avoid the biscuts and gravy its just a box mix nothing added. and dont expect to walk around best parts are security and being near downtown tacoma for drivability.Nearby activities: the pullayup casino and amtrak are nearby that's really it. Don't bring anything but $$ with you if you go to the casino They won't let you in with even a water bottle and keys.Safety: They have security and they need it the area is full of people down on their luck and homeless or needing cash for the casino.Walkability: avoid walking as much as possible very high density homelessness and drug use area.Food & drinks: the food here is why its a 3 star, biscuits and gravy has no sausage bland tasteless scrambled eggs and sausage happens like one day a week and it's the powder eggs. pankakes are fine and they do have hb eggs and coffee.
