I hadn't visited Kohl's in the Seattle area before, but I went to this store for a return. It was well-organized, with excellent customer service. They seem to have a decent collection. I'm likely to return for shopping sometime. There's ample free parking. I highly recommend this store!

I had a really great experience here buying some fall clothes. I was greeted by every person working at the store, like six different people. My cashier, Cry, was helpful and professional. The store was really modern, clean, and organized. They also had a scratch-off for an additional 25%.

I on September 22, 2023 had to do an Amazon return. After reading reviews other people left I was bothered by what I read. So as I walked up to the counter knowing I needed to tell them that I had three different orders the clerk smiles and said no problem. By the time I left I had a smile and the process took less then 10 minutes. Thank you for making it so easy. Don't listen too all those bad reviews it's not bad at ALL. Have a great day!

The association helping me (Cry) was very sweet!! She helped me set up an account with kohl’s, was very patient, and helping me save 35% off of my purchases :)

Raymond was friendly and efficient. He greeted us within the first 5 minutes upon arriving. Offering assistance and making sure we knew he was there to help if needed. He ended up being our cashier and was very friendly and cheerful. Always thankful when I have a great experience and I really appreciate his efforts.

This location is spacious and squeaky clean. The Sephora inside is nice as well! The sizes and items I was looking for were well stocked, and staff were friendly!

We had a great experience at the Kohls store and the Tacoma Mall. The staff was extremely helpfull and Iris, at check out, was such a delight and she topped off our experience and we left with a smile.

At the Sephora- Kadence was so awesome. I literally just came in for a return and she kindly let me know I couldn’t return there. But I still got my birthday gift and my points redeemed. She helped me sample fragrances and was just so kind. It’s so rare to see employees who behave as if they want to be at their jobs. I really appreciated the service after work. I’m active duty army so life is hard enough. She made my day!

Make sure you know how the promotions work before spending more money to get a price break. Cashier did not help get the additional kohls cash I bought extra items for. I was disappointed in that only. Otherwise I like this store.

More employees in the store than customers. No one in line for purchases and for some reason one employee doing all the Amazon returns. Poor guy deserves all the pay of the people standing around talking.
