I came here few weeks ago to sells some clothes in good conditions, as soon as I walk in the store the 2 ladies ( I think one of them is the owner of the store) just look at me and didn’t say animal to me even though that I have a big box with clothes I was just standing there waiting for them to even look at me to ask, when I say do you guys are buying clothes today? They both just look at me like if I was asking for free something, finally one of them respond and explained the process of changing the clothes to their boxes, then she proceeded to told me that it would take 20 min, I was looking around the store and another 2 ladies came and sell some clothes, well they where call instantly, I wait another 20 min (40 min in total) I had to go and told them that I was about to wait in the car, when she say, your trade it’s ready, so If I never went and ask they would never call me, never coming back here,Not even to buy clothes! The treatment is ridiculous and the worst part it’s that comes from the owner! Everyone deserves to be treat with respect, doesn’t meter if your buying or selling!

Amazing prices for lightly used kids items of all ages and even free items on things that have a little more love into them on certain days! Very nice friendly staff and a kid friendly store.

I LOVE THIS STORE! All of the clothes are in amazing shape, you wouldn’t be able to tell that it’s not brand new! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store itself is clean and organized very well! And don’t even get me started on the prices! This store as a whole is perfect! Amazing all around!

I would have to agree with many of these other reviews, the owner or owners are quite rude and unhelpful even when I started out being very polite and requesting information and help. Definitely our list of no go places.

Owner is rude. Stuck up blonde. That talks about customers and employees. Her and her new employee (about a month or 2) ago and her other employee that the manger was laughing at has 2 different baby fathers ( this is the conversation I gathered as if there wasn't customers or kids inside) they were inquiring with each other about selling dirty panty pictures and feet pictures. There overall unprofessional. They were talking about the old store owners wants the store back. The way there running this and there attitudes. I don't think there going be open for long. The lady in the afternoon with the glasses she alright. Definitely don't recommend them for trades. They say they dont want half your stuff ask if you want to donate it and still sale it. Your better off going to Walmart buying your own BRAND NEW STUFF. Or catching the good dirty stuff they sale on quarter day just clean it up and wash it. I hope the manger has the day she deserves Rating 0 !!!

Owner seemed like she didn’t want to be there, the smell was bad, too much going on in the store, and most of the items are actually being recalled (swings, seats) are being recalled by manufactures. I prefer just thrifting my clothes because the attitude from the two white ladies in the front, very passive, didn’t acknowledge anyone and made it seem like coming in for a trade (even though I called ahead lol) was an inconvenience for them. They didn’t even look through all of my clothes. This place is a joke and I won’t recommend this to any POC as this is not a friendly place for us.

Came here to buy a Nemo jumper that was available on their Facebook page only to not have the item available. The individual working was a young blonde haired female and she did not greet my wife or I and was just giggling on her cell phone talking to somebody while on the job. I don’t appreciate businesses that pay their employees to do nothing as we might’ve purchased something if not for this despite what we came for not being available and seemingly no customer service.I did speak to the owner: Nicole via Facebook. She seems like a genuine person trying to run her small business, but definitely should have a conversation with her employee(s) on acknowledging a customer has even entered the building.

LOW offers on high quality trades. The owner (blonde) talks badly of customers loudly in front of people. Overheard her say a bunch of snobby rude things of a nice woman that came in to trade a couple items when she left, then was talking on the phone with a friend casually for a few minutes. Made faces when we did not accept her low trade offer.

Beat up stuff and over priced!I have Sold things here 3 times and the girl that goes through your stuff has been extremely rude everytime for no reason. I won’t be coming back

Won’t accept returns/exchanges even if you bought it the day before. Toy was broken & they wouldn’t accept. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money as things are priced to high; there are other resale shops to support.Last time I went a worker told me about her IBS issues. Was very inappropriate & very uncomfortable.
