I’ve walked into this nail shop on two different occasions and each time they were extremely rude to the point of embarrassment. I simply walked in and before I could ask, a nail tech retorted in a nasty tone, “no we can’t do your nail” on both occasions. They didn’t even offer me a time to return. These are the most rudest people I’ve encountered. This might be the way they think they can speak to African Americans, but my money is green. I will not ever go back to this place. There are too many nail salons that will accommodate me.

Kayla is a great manicurist, and her prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is nice, and you can watch TV while getting your nails and toes done! Very nice staff.

So kind and friendly! I brought my daughter with me who is 4 years old and all the staff helped to keep her entertained while I was serviced and pampered. It truly takes a village; and I highly recommend Kaylah!!

I was so excited to take my mom out for a girls day, I thought Kayla’s was the perfect place to go as I’ve been a costumer in the past, and never had an issue in quality. Well, I was very wrong. Our 3 pm appointment started 30 minutes late, and my mom's nails turned out messy, splotchy, and poorly filed. The technician's insensitivity about my skin picking disorder in front of others was embarrassing. For $120, the service was far below expectations. Formerly a fan of Kayla's Nails, the decline in quality is disheartening. A frustrating two hours in the salon resulted in nails I now have to redo myself. Highly disappointed with the overall service and outcome. Additionally, despite my mother expressing concerns about the quality and imperfections multiple times, the nail technician continued with the subpar job not even attempting to fix the issues my mother pointed out to her. It's disheartening that they allowed my mom to leave with nails that were far from satisfactory, showing no remorse for the low-quality service. Excusing the messiness by blaming the dip powder used is unacceptable; investing in better-quality products should be a priority for a reputable salon. The overall experience left much to be desired, and the lack of accountability from the salon is disappointing. I will not be returning.

Finally a place that does a real pedicure! Make an appointment tho because you may not get in.

Felt rushed and they didn't file my nails around the cuticals like every other nail salon I've been to does, my nails lifted a few days later. Also over heard 2 other customers expressing they did a terrible job. Not what I like to hear getting my nails done.Service: Acrylic nails

Rude. I walked in and they immediately refused service to me. Told me they where to busy, didn’t offer to schedule me for a later time. Just told me leave. It wasn’t even that many people in there. Weird.
