Customer service was very welcoming, nice and helpful with what I needed. The doctors assistant was really nice and gentle, but the doctor was amazing. She listened, explained my options, she cared and wanted to actually help me without judgment that's why I gave a 10 best doctor, but most of the doctors at Kaiser are good, but Dr Noelle Egge was awesome and I really appreciate that.

My experience at my doctor’s appt was spot on. Everyone was nice and helpful. I love my doctor as she was super compassionate and understanding and most of all nonjudgmental. She really put me at ease of my concerns.

I gave it five stars because the doctor is excellent. She patiently listened to all my issues, even though there were many things I addressed. She was understanding and patient in listening to all my pain.

I saw Dr. Mugleson today for my back pain. this great Dr. is very caring,knowledgeable,professional,and a all around very good man. he explains everything in detail,and makes sure you understand exactly what is happening to your body, and why your experienceing so much pain,and what can be done about it. I highly recommend this great Dr. and kaiser heath care professionals..they have done only good for me...I have also been treated by Dr Ying Yi of the kaiser clinic on steele st. in tacoma..Dr .Yi is a very caring, honest, knowledgeable, professional, Dr. that truly cares about his patience and how to treat their ailments..I highly recommend both of these kaiser professional doctors.

Really regret choosing Kaiser again. Spent an hour on their chat answering a ton of questions, only for them to say- try over the counter cough drops for a cough that I've had for over 2 weeks (as if I didn't already go through like 5 bags). I feel like I'm back at the school nurse where they give you a peppermint and say you'll be fine. Why do I pay for insurance if they don't actually do something?

I always receive the best care here. Recently had visits with Dr. Betteridge and Michael Loforti (physical therapist), I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Easy access and abundant free parking. Departments are well marked. Large patient waiting areas with different height seating. Multiple restrooms.

I'll keep this review specific for this location. The PCP I was assigned isn't a real doctor, he's an assistant and it shows. Rather than ordering the proper diagnostics for my knee injury we played marco polo for 9 months in physical therapy. When I saw the sports medicine guy for my plantar faciitis he just shrugged and said he was dealing with it too. I have wasted too much time, money, and energy giving these people a chance when I'm pretty sure all the good providers avoid this organization like the plague and for good reason. Also, the affordable care act and insurance laws don't mean anything to Kaiser, they will price gouge you at every turn and the insurance commissioner will just shrug it off. Don't even think about a lawsuit, you already signed away those rights.Note: The copy and pasted reply from Kaiser below is the most they've ever shown that they care at all. I have been emailing back and forth with them for over a year now and I'm sick of the platitudes. They do not care.Update: I e-mailed kaiser to the email provided in their response below well over a week ago and received no response. I maintain that they do not care about their patients

I’ll be canceling my Kaiser account just for the way they handle FLMA paperwork alone. My fellow coworkers with other insurance companies don’t have nearly the amount of issues applying for FLMA paperwork.You have to be a lawyer to get that worded right and I’m tired of been denied while my dealing with my own illness. Front Steele Street Kaiser desk didn’t even know how to word it right, so how am I supposed to??I’m tired of watching people scam the system while Kaiser makes it impossible to file FLMA paperwork. They also missed the FLMA deadline twice almost causing a corrective measure at work.I’m also tired of receiving a form letter when I ask a doctor a question via email. I also had a doctor loose their temper when I brought up the fact they canceled my appointment twice which made me unable to file FLMA paperwork and I was denied because I didn’t have a doctors visit.Kaiser doesn’t have the staff they need for the amount of customers they have.Kaiser also gave me an email address to file a complaint where no one responded.My cat gets better care and with amount of money I pay you think there would be better customer service.

I really like this location because my endocrinologist is based out of here. I got labs done today and it was so swift because of her phlebotomist name, Katie. Additionally, I also got the flu shot and Covid shots simultaneously. The lobby is very spacious and the aquarium makes it, so relaxing. The folks at the front desk check you in real fast. The pharmacy folks are also very polite and professional. All in all, it was a positive experience.
