It was wonderful. The dog groomers are all in front, so you can see how they groom each dog. Everyone says hello with a smile. They also have cute accessories to buy. And everything else for dog grooming if you need to buy. They also have a photo setup to take pictures.

This business CARES about thier Outward appearance. I was hired to pressure wash the sidewalk and curb of the stor.NO OTHER STORES in that mall believe that a Clean store front is IMPORTANT.Therefore the fact that only does the owner Care for your K9. She cares about the APPEARANCE of the business. That in of its self makes a huge impact on the fact they will give EVEM THAT MUCH MORE about your lived one.

We absolutely LOVE K9 grooming salon! They are all amazing and so friendly. Our cavapoo Charlie usually hates going to the groomers until we started going to them! She now wags her tail when she sees them! Which makes me so happy to see!! Her haircuts are always great and they handle her with so much care! We always tell everyone about them! Highly recommend!!!!

K9 is awesome! I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a groomer. They take great care of my Two pups Rocco and snoopy. They are very knowledgeable and help you and your dogs. They are real, local and absolutely deserve a 5 star.

Omgoodness had my two puppers bathed here - they came out smelling so nice and so soft and smooth - was told they were a little anxious at first (not surprised) but the bather did so well with them they cooperated all the way thru the dryer. Their nails were trimmed nice and smooth with no scratchy snags.The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming - love the atmosphere - will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I've been very happy with the grooming done at K-9 Design. My 2 yorkies used to be terrified going to the groomers but the atmosphere and the people at K9 seem to put them right at ease. The groomers are careful to follow specific wishes regarding their cut and sincerely seem to care about the wellbeing of my dogs.

This is the BEST grooming salon you’ll find in the Tacoma area. I drove 30-40 minutes to this location and every second was worth it. The groomers are extremely kind, patient, and talented.My Oly was so well cared for, I was beyond impressed. I was running late and they were so understanding and accommodating, and even helped me chase down my second foster dog that slipped out of its lead and ran into a neighboring store ?BRING YOUR DOG HERE! you won’t regret it!

We’ve been looking for a new groomer for our Corgi Chow mix, and since we’re so close we thought we’d give K9Design a try. Not only did they listen to what I wanted, they asked questions to be sure we were on the same page. Stevie was full of knots under her front legs and her Fanny, and filthy from just getting back from camping at the beach! The team at K9Design did SUCH a good job with her! A beautiful, even trim, and her coat is shiny and silky soft. She seems so much happier after her groom and we will definitely be regulars!! Thank you for your transparency and excellent work!!

Brought in my Pomeranian pup several weeks ago for his first full grooming - he was skittish during that first groom, trembling like a Chihuahua, but he's been doing awesome. The owner, Gail, is wonderful, everyone there has been nothing less than sweet and attentive with my boy, and they always leave him looking absolutely beautiful. Excellent business.

Amazing staff! Took my two pups in for a nail trim, 15$/each. Was able to schedule an appt within 24 hours. Love how their grooming area is all out in the open so you can watch your pup get groomed.
