Double charged me after I expressed I was on a budget & caused extra financial stress when there didn't need to be any. All cause they didn't know how to use the POS & ignored what I asked the first time. Super disappointed & extra stressed cuz of their careless mistake.The above statement is totally accurate of how I felt checking out at this store. It was really infuriating, no doubt.However, in their defense, the refund went through almost immediately.The girl initially said it could take up to 10 days, which I imagine is a disclaimer that they have to say. Not news you want to hear when they absent-mindedly charged your $100 on your card instead of $40. To my surprise, the refund was pretty much instantaneous. It was there the next day. So that alleviated some of the undue financial stress that was caused to begin with.So I'm changing my rating to 3 stars.Probably won't be rushing to go back, but thankful the problem was handled swiftly.

Save your time purchasing here - if you buy something and pay a price and have a receipt of proof they will give you a lower price then you paid and will fight you on it: I bought shoes online and have physical proof of what I paid, they claim to “not be able” to give me the price of which I paid and then proceeded to call their manager Kevin about it and he also refused to make it right. $3 that’s all - literally wasted my time, made a big deal, over $3 that I had proof of what should have been given back to me. Kaylee needs lessons in customer service and should not be in charge of handling customers, I hope upper management takes into consideration that the children they have running this store cannot do simple basic math. Losing a customer over the fact that they simply don’t want to give you your money - for the record that I Requested myself be in store credit form. So it ain’t about me wanting money - it’s about what I paid and people not being able to do their jobs correctly. Manager clearly doesn’t care about the customer experience.

ordered a pair of shoes that were sourced from this location and they created the shipping label and never sent the shoes before they were sold out. lazy and annoying.

Accidentally got my daughter the wrong size shoes (they grow so fast!) and went in to exchange them. The salesperson was so friendly and helpful it made the whole thing a breeze. I really appreciated the excellent customer service.

These days good customer service is hard to find, so I don't really expect it, especially when having to make a refund/exchange so I was preparing myself for some drama. That was not the case here, upon entering we were greeted by the staff, a man and a woman both said hello and welcomed us in. The Gentleman, Jordan was his name saw the shoe box in my hand and asked how he could help. I explained I ordered the wrong size online and needed to exchange, he went to the back but they did not have the right size so he offered to find a pair online and he had them delivered to my house in four days. The whole encounter was so pleasant and his customer service skills were top notch! I hope that the managers of the store see this and let him know what an exceptional employee they have in Jordan.

Me and my son have been customers of Journeys at least four times in the last year and the staff have been amazing to my one-year-old and today he even got new shoes and Crocs for the first time and thanks for the staff for being so patient with my son and I. Best staff ever at the store and can't wait till we see you guys again.

Will never shop here and will convince anyone I know not to shop here also. Maturity is shown in how employees are treated, in this case journeys fails. Someone puts in a two weeks notice who while during there employment only excelled, bumps them off a week early, how slimy do you have to be? The store manager from what I hear is a racist. Journeys shame on you for how poor you treat your employees.

I was so annoyed when I came into this store and only because of my experience with the staff at Foot Locker 3 doors down today. But when I came in I was immediately greeted with a hello and a huge smile! My guys name started with a B (blake, blaine, bailey) I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was THE SWEETEST and MOST HELPFUL he got me into a super duper comfortable pair of New Balance sneaks that I walked out in and went straight to the gym in, they ROCKED no slip with my tiny socks (also bought today) and I felt like I was walking and running on clouds! I'm glad I ended up here and spent my hard earned money it was worth it!

Awesome customer service! My family visited here today while walking through the Tacoma Mall. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Jacob. Jacob really sold us on our shoes. My wife found some Birkenstocks and I found some adidas sneakers I've been looking for about six months. Unfortunately my size was unavailable, but Jacob to the rescue! He informed me, no sweat,"we can ship em to your house." Boom, sold!!!! Journeys, if you're listening, give ol' Jacob a raise because without his kind and very courteous demeanor, we most likely would've looked around and walked. Thanks Journeys for the kicks and Thank you Jacob, you da man!
