I called Josh hoping I could find someone to help me satisfy my bookkeeping needs and questions. When he picked up the phone he was inviting and very happy to answer my questions. He understood everything I was concerned about regarding my business, (he eased much of my anxieties about accounting). He provided several solutions that I could implement right away without paying a dime. I am so grateful because not many people will take time to talk in depth with you via phone and he did. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I definitely be working with Joshua Ott in the near future. I recommend everyone who is looking for accounting services to at least give Josh a call.
