I bought a treadmill less than 3 months ago an now the belt keep slipping an cannot fix even though I’ve spent 3 hours trying all options to fix, support is slow an does not help even though I paid 3 year + warranty. This is a horizon 7.0 the quality of the treadmill is not good how does a new treadmill stop working when it was barely even used. They also lied about delivery it didn’t take 2 weeks but 6 weeks to deliver. Overall the lack of professionalism and bad experience with the treadmill so far I would not recommend buying from them. Go with Amazon they will at least give you your money back or delivery a new treadmill within a week.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience at Johnson Fitness in Tacoma. Robert was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us pick out our new elliptical. We’ll be back for sure.

Spent a couple thousand dollars online for a treadmill. A week later I get a tracking number from Johnson. Another week goes by and I get a call from the carrier and set an appointment. I take the day off from work and ABF never shows. I call them. Another carrier now has my package and I need to set an appointment for with them. Wow. It's been over a month and I can't get Johnson fitness to call me back. My money's tied up and I've lost wages from not working. I guess this is their idea of customer service. I won't be back

First off, big thanks to sales rep Scentilla. She went above and beyond duty to make this deal happen after problems with the floor model I wanted. My Echelon stationary bike was delivered and expertly setup the very next day. I would recommend Johnson Fitness to anyone looking for top notch fitness equipment, they are great!

Informative, straight forward and NOT high pressure. Went in with ideas on two different types of apparatus and took time ( a week ) to decide before buying the one we wanted. Mr. Johnson was very patient and took time to help out. He knew we had a big background in fitness so we had a great experience.

I highly recommend Johnson Fitness. Rob is extremely knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal on my wife’s elliptical, and Rob was even available by phone to help with questions we had! Fast delivery. Very happy with my purchase!
