The store is always very organized and the staff is always SO kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back. No other craft store compares to Joanne’s fabric selection.

Store is clean and the workers are AMAZING! Although a bit short staffed, they rise to the occasion with a positive attitude ?

I like this store. A cashier charged me TWICE for two of my sewing patterns. I asked her "didn't you already ring that one up?". They have a nice selection of garment fabrics but no where to sit to browse sewing patterns. For that reason I prefer the Federal Way store.
