Bought our engagement ring here well actually, they sat down and helped to custom make the ring for us! We got exactly what we wanted, hand crafted, and at a better price than any other jewelry store around. I also bought a very high quality necklace later on that goes brilliantly with the ring. We recommend this family business if you're in the market for Jewelry or Jewelry repairs

Took my ring here to be resized and had a great experience! First go around it was still too big but they had no issue resizing it again and had it done same day. Very friendly staff and great quality work.

I wish I could post the ring I had made here. Sadly I can't because I don't want my girlfriend to see it before the big day ? From the day I walked in up to the final product, the team at Jewelry Dr has been the most helpful, positive, and supportive group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was inspired by a design from an Instagram post, and they made it into reality. I ended up altering virtually every aspect of the ring, and they were accommodating each idea I had and patiently adjusted the 3d model each time. Even when I couldn't quite find the words to explain something due to my inexperience, they explained what it was and how it could be applied to a real physical piece. I went into that jewelry store hopeful and left a very happy man.

I am so incredibly grateful for my experience at the Jewelry DR. From the beginning of my experience in the designing of the engagement ring to the final product I was impressed. Steven is a master jeweler who took such incredible care to design and craft an absolutely beautiful ring that was beyond all of my expectations. I cannot wait to give my future wife this ring and I have Steven and the Jewelry DR to thank for it.

If I could give this no stars I would. Took my necklace for a repair and left the pendant on not thinking it would be switched out. I get my Jewelry back an hour later and the guy working behind the counter had swapped out my pendant. I know because of the weight and the details or lack of.

I was going to provide photos, but I just couldn't get any that did their beautiful work justice. I brought in a damaged silver and cubic zirconia ring, they fixed the damage, resized it, and polished it. It looks brand new now. They did such a beautiful job on it, that my nephew brought in his army ring to have the gold plating done. They also did a beautiful job on that, and the price was more than reasonable.

Wonderful experience here, came for a battery replacement in my watch, turns out that was not the issue, but a simple fix instead - watch is ticking just fine now and I appreciate all the help I got from Ashley & your mechanic!Beautiful jewelry sold here, if they ever get any less "flashy" watches, I hope to add them to my collection!

Wow! I really enjoyed my time with Jewelry Dr. they are both kind and helpful. I sold my scrap gold and they offered me the best prices. They even told me I should have something appraised and sell it elsewhere, when they could have bought it ant scrap and sold it themselves. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that was demonstrated. I know who my forever jeweler is going to be.

Very nice staff when dropping off my necklace and bracelet but not so much when I brought the necklace back a week later because it broke. Instead of giving me my $55 dollars back, they "offered" to fix it again. I declined. I'd rather pay somebody else to do it right! Also, after paying $90 to get a small bracelet fixed, they tell me it also has a kink in it that I might want to fix; that would have been good to know when I dropped it off for repair, right? It's sad when businesses don't do what they are in business to do. It's even worse when they don't make it right!!!!!!

i went in December 27th -22 with a broken necklace got it Jan 2nd - 23 it looked fixed so i took it and it hasn't been worn or anything so when I decided it was time to wear its broken in the same spot. i paid $$$ on it to be broken still!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
