Super happy with our recent experience! I came in for some last minute wedding stuff and got an amazing dress in my perfect size and it was also 75% off! Got an amazing bra for this dress that was my perfect size that VS doesn’t seem to carry anymore, super happy with this bra! Especially after my terrible experience at VS. And got a ring for my fiancé that he loves for 55% off!

They have the most cheapest deals. Plus you can go online and find a coupon for a minimum of 20%off, if not more.

I went to the JCPenney store in the Tacoma Mall today and walked around the entire second floor for about five minutes. I saw three other people shopping, but not even one employee. Incredible.

A little tired, and not much selection for me, since I was looking at formal gowns. Still, the store was clean, brought and colorful, and nice employees.

Had my grandchildrens(4) portraits taken in the portrait studio. Ive been using jc pennys portrait studio since I was a child, so about 40years give or take a few. Overall, I've mostly been happy with the pictures. There has been few times that I was disappointed but I always give them second chance, then Im happy with the outcome. Its not always easy to go in for 2nd time when the pics have not turned out but I know how good they are when they turn out . Imo it has everything to do with the experience of the photographer. Im sad to say the most recent session with the grandkids, I am not impressed unfortunately. Since the children are all under 7, its very hard to do this a 2nd time.

Very Bad Customer Service!!! I was trying to return a clothing item the other day and when I did they ever very rude about it. And they took a long time to actually give me my money back I don't recommend it.

In a world where we buy everything online it was fun to visit JCPenney and do some shopping. Everyone was very friendly, and I got some screamin deals on my purchases. Even though it's not good for the store, I really enjoyed it not being crowded. Did I mention the awesome deals I got and the quality of the items I purchased?!
