I came in with my fiancé to look at engagement rings together and I did not realize just how pleasant this experience would be. Elke was the specialist helping us through the entire process and made things so easy and painless! She said this process should be fun and exciting! With Elke's help it really was a great experience! I went to Jared to get my wedding rings cleaned and inspected. I mentioned to Elke, the associate who was helping me, that we were interested in upgrading my ring. My original set was 18 years old and I wanted something a bit different. Elke and Yolanda were wonderful and helping me find exactly what I was looking for! They showed me several options and variations of what my ring could look like until we found the perfect fit. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My new set looks stunning and I couldn’t be happier!

I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST service from Carolyn, Connor, and Elke!! I came in with an issue that I thought couldn’t be resolved, but boy, I was wrong!! First of all, everyone was so friendly and so welcoming there!! They offered to clean my jewelry even before I said anything about my problem. The three of them went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy and more importantly, satisfied. I walked in with an issue and I walked out with a pair of beautiful and sparkly earrings that I absolutely love!! Thank you Carolyn, Connor, and Elke for everything today!! And Elke, I’m still working on my husband for that bracelet we talked about :)

I’d never shopped at Jared before, and had always wondered what all the hype was about. Conner was amazing and helped me to get exactly what I needed. Amazing service, kind, and very helpful. I walked in not knowing what will catch my eye. Spoke with a wonderful sweet loving women named Elke. She started with showing me their build a bear section , amazing. However I had a picture of something I’m looking for and she took it from there. She showed me multiple selections. You would think she started from most expensive , no she stayed in a price range that worked for me. Not that my boyfriend (now fiancé ?) wouldn’t be able to afford it (he can ). After looking at different ones and thinking they look ok, she brought one last piece out that took my breath away. It was perfect in every way. I knew then it was the ring I will proudly wear the rear of my life . You that feeling you get when you just know it’s right. After breathing again I said this is the one and my now fiancé agreed. Bottom line ring purchase I pick up in two days. I don’t know if Elke will ever see this but your amazing. Your my forever life changing angel . Thank you so much .

My ring had lost one of the small halo diamonds so I brought it to this Jared. After I got the ring back, I realized they did a terrible job repairing it. The replacement diamond was crooked and they added a lump of gold to keep it in place but it looked wonky. If you looked at the ring in certain lighting, it still looked like the diamond was missing. In addition, we noticed new scratches to the bottom of the ring. We took it to a different jared and they noted that they were clearly marks from a tool. I am so disappointed with the service I received here. The tool marks can't be fully fixed without damaging the ring so I'm left with a damaged ring.

We went in to look for a wedding band about a month before the wedding, had a great experience with the individual that helped us, Connor Foerster, he was helpful and friendly. When the ring came in we realized it didn’t fit and he needed a different size we didn’t have a lot of time before the wedding. Connor went above and beyond in helping us get a new one ordered, having a backup plan in place and even communicating with us on status and texting us to let us know when it was in. Everyone we interacted with at Jared was helpful but Connor made the experience great, Jared is lucky to have him.

My wife and I had the best experience here recently. Tra'sia helped us out and she is fantastic! She is helpful, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed if you're lucky enough to get to work with her.Otherwise, the jewelry store has many different types and styles of jewelry. We have purchased rings and earrings and the bi-yearly cleaning and inspection helps to guarantee that your jewelry looks great for years to come.Definitely take a look if you're looking and make sure to ask for Tra'sia.
