I had a fantastic experience at Skinplicity. We started with a brazilian with sugar wax by Mariana. It was my first time ever receiving this service and she talked me through the whole thing and made me feel comfortable. During the waxing it was painful at times but she tried her best to distract me and ask me questions. She is a very thoughtful and kind person! Overall the pain was bearable and it was a good experience. The results were fantastic and I definitely recommend this service.
Katelyn performed my eyelash lift/tint and my eyebrow tint. It was my first time getting these as well. My eyelashes are quite thin and short and she did a great job with what she had to work with. They are staying curled well and have a slight tint to them. I prefer this because it appears more natural which is what I wanted. For my eyebrows I wasn't sure exactly what shade to ask for since it was my first time. We discussed it and she ended up going with a color that worked out very well. At first it was a tiny bit harsh but after rubbing the tint off my skin under my eyebrows it ended up being the perfect color and looks very natural. Katelyn was very helpful and worked with me through the whole process.
I was getting these services done so I could take a vacation without worring about applying makeup since I would be spending a lot of time in the water. These services worked out perfectly for what I intended and I'm going to have a great trip thanks to Mariana and Katelyn. I will definitely be coming back.

I have gone to so many places to try to avoid crossing the bridge. No place compares this far to skinplicity.
I have seen both Katelyn and Mariana and they are professional, meticulous and so much less painful than others.
Highly recommend! I’m so happy to see that Katelyn is now teaching her craft to others.

I’ve been at different salons to get sugaring and although I’ve had good experiences, their prices were ridiculous high. Today was my first appointment with Katelyn at Jade’s Salon and I am so happy I found her. She’s not only really nice and down to earth, she is also really good at what she does and makes the experience pleasant and fast at a very affordable price. The salon is in a nice area and very welcoming.I am excited for my next appointment!

I am in love with Katelyn's services! I moved to Tacoma 3 years ago and have been on the search for a new spot for facials. I had zero luck finding someone who left me feeling rejuvenated, light and beautiful about my skin. Im so happy to say I finally found the perfect person! 10/10 recommend. The salon is really cute and parking was easy to find. Wish I would of remembered to get a before & after cause Katelyns killing it. Next time! (Make sure to book weeks in advance)
