J and J was amazing. I purposely chose J&J based on previous reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. They are kind and informative and went out of the way to let me know what was going on. I was through an insurance claim, and my car was done in 2 WEEKS! I was super happy because I missed my car, hate rentals. But even getting and returning the rental was super smooth. I was able to do everything during my lunch hr. Very satisfied.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your car here . Amber and the other older woman at the desk are very smart mouthed . Also, Amber tried to charge me $560 to resemble my car after they found out that I wanted my car back and the insurance wasn’t going to cover the damages. Right when I asked for my car back, I was hit with by Amber. Oh we need you to pay $560 even though I paid a $500 deductible to the insurance company… I called my claim adjuster and she corrected that real quick because there is no way the customer should be paying that. Oddly, they couldn’t put this bottom panel back on my car, even though when my car was brought to them, it had everything on it in pieces not missing.
If I ever get into another car accident, I will not be taking my car here. If you’re a woman please go with your boyfriend , husband or male . Honestly, I got very Shiesty vibes from this place, Luis was the only one who seemed decent .

They all went above & beyond with the services they did on my vehicle & got me back on the road quickly after accident!

Very friendly, polite, and efficient. They had some minor technical difficulties with the card reader, but that was beyond their control.

Very efficient and professional. They stayed in constant communication on the status of my vehicle and I felt informed the whole time. Brought in for hail damage repair, they worked with another shop (Metal Magic) who also did great work. My car looks wonderful and they took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with it before I left. Would recommend!

This is the most fairly priced place to get your car fixed up. I was honestly expecting it to cost way more for my sister to get her bumper fixed. This place came highly recommended by my friend that is a retired mechanic.

They really care about delivering a quality product. They care about doing the job the right way and don't cut corners just to get the job. They made sure my car was repaired per the oem standard and made sure my safety systems all worked right! Thank you Fischer and your wonderful staff!

They repaired body damage from an accident in my brand-new Outback, and I think the difficulties I experienced were related to the fact that they are a non-USAA certified shop. The work, including paint, looks great. Better than work I've gotten at national chains in the past. Good customer service overall. They seemed to be very thorough and experienced, not relying solely on pictures for estimate. They addressed issues with my insurance company before scheduling my repair to avoid my car sitting for a prolonged period. I only wish I had more notice to pick my car up. They give updates about what's being repaired, but that doesn't tell me where the repairs are in the whole process or relative timeline. Clearer communication would have improved my rating.

Great service and a wonderful place to take your car. They have a huge variety of custom retrofits available and their staff and techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The only reason we were going to go with them is because they were going to give us the door since the original bid had change because they could not repair the door and needed a new door instead. Somehow word didn’t go around and it went to the junker. I asked about the new paper if we were still being charged for the original order and parts and she went off on something else. I’m fine with paying for the work being done upto finding out that it needed to be a new door (and putting things back while they wait for parts) but the entire original bid no. I still don’t know if we were charged but they can always say that we weren’t. Oh well . This is just a heads up to anyone else
