Went in today to get a little something for my birthday and I saw a girl getting her nose pierced. I always wanted one and asked if I could get mine done too. Jacob was so professional and super kind. I was nervous but glad I did it! He made everyone feel like he was giving them his full attention. Truly phenomenal customer service to every person. I hope that the company knows how lucky they are to have him there. So much cute stuff I’ll definitely have to go back!

I worked with Jacob in the Tacoma Mall location today to get my 3rd holes on my ear lobes pierced. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I picked out the cutest 14k gold studs and he pierced me very quickly and almost painlessly (the second one wakes you up a bit ?). Thank you Jacob for having such great customer service. You upsold me perfectly on jewelry (buy 3, get 3 free y’all) and made me smile my entire visit. If management hasn’t already got you on the path for a promotion/upper management position, you should remind them to get you there!! Thank you so much for so a great experience!

The earrings were a little over priced for what they were. They do have pretty much the same stuff as Claire's, but a little bit of fancier selection.

My son and I went in, and the cashier there was obviously high on drugs. She was blonde and covered in tattoos, she came out of the back room, and was unable to form a coherent sentence at all. Not very cool, considering that this store caters to kids and teens.

There was this blonde hobo working there I’m assuming she was the manager she was covered in tattoos and dressed inappropriately. NOT someone I want to see when I walk into a store like icingShe even had the nerve to put her dirty hands on me and my purse. This girl needs some serious training!

There is a playground that is normally pretty nice until they added 3 extra little tyke cars...all the kids are fighting over them and the bigger kids always prevail...needless to say parents use this area to drop their kids off and leave them to play, but don’t see them bully the smaller kids...parents should be made to stay at the playground and the extra cars need to hit the road and go buh-bye.
