H&R Block was pretty reliable for me to do my taxes explaining and caring about my concerns that I had with my taxes. I am very satisfied and appreciate the young lady that helped me.

I've used H&R Block at a different location and was just wanting to drop off my tax stuff but they were able to take a walk-in (less than 10 days from that dreaded deadline!). Alice was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience super easy. I'm looking forward to her doing my taxes next year ?

So I went to file my taxes a 3weeks ago. Penne Macnee filed my taxes. Today I call IRS and they tell me my taxes still have not been filed. I then call these guys and they tell me they won't file my taxes well they failed to tell me that. But Penne tells me she filed them. I don't know how more messed up this is. She is not a good tax agent she fails to explain things nicely and fails bring certain things up. I am very mad about this but thankfully I found out before it was to late...
