My husband and I saw Malina Deen at this location. She helped us with 3 years worth of taxes. We went into this nervous and not expecting anything back but we came out of this situation with confidence, more knowledge than ever, money back and having a trusted person who’s for the customer to see yearly so we never find ourselves in a tax mess again.

Disappointed with how Sharron Magden handled my taxes this year. I have been a loyal customer for years. She asked me if I wanted my refund with a card or check? I specifically told her card which she provided me. I filed on January 31st and I still have not gotten my refund due to her rushing through it and not double checking her work. I'm very disappointed because now I'm being told I will now receive my refund by check. What is the point of providing me with a card if I will now receive it by check. This very unprofessional. I trusted H&RBlock for years until now. Never using your services again. Not only that she gets credit for preparing my taxes which she do not deserve. If anyone is reading this. DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN FILE YOUR TAXES.

I went to the 38th street h&r block and had a great time with Katrina Navarro I think that is how you spell her name she was very helpful after the person who had handled my taxes before her had dropped the ball big time miss Navarro and the young lady that was upfront deserve a raise they both were very professional and I plan on using the 38th st h&r block from now on because of them
