These ladies right hear are Awesome!! Our car broke down in the drop off area and we had no idea what was wrong these ladies helped so much just checking on us. Then one gave my friend a ride to the auto store another offered me a water. You will never know how much you soothed me.Thank you for putting up with us today.BTW Steve is GREAT. Front office is unprofessional and rude to guests. I saw Lauren and she did not seem to care about my current situation or what I was in for. She asked minimal questions about my injury. I came in for a custom knee brace and she had told me I wasn’t qualified to be covered by insurance. Upon further research after cleaving she highlighted a portion where I. Would actually be covered but did not go over that portion with me. She had no problem telling me what the knee Brace would cost if I were to pay cash though. The staff here lacks empathy and professionalism to their guests, I will not be returning to this location.

I have been trying to get an appt. for 3 weeks. 1st half the time no one answers the phone, 2nd, When they do answer they put you on hold forever. 3d, If you get there answering service, they still do not return your call.. 4th, they just say they are really busy, so why not get more help?? 5th I was told Randy needed to look over the material I had my Dr. fax to them, and I guess the 5 minutes it would take to look the papers over and decide if I could have an appt. takes too much of his time.6th. I have been going there for 5 years, but I guess that doesn't matter.This is an update to my post., At the end of the week 4, I had my Dr. fax my info to Washington Orthotics, which they got Friday afternoon, On Wed. they called to make an appt., I got an appt. for Friday , 3 days later. I went to said appt. was 15 min. early, Had the appt.right away. Was successful at getting shoes and orthotics , set up for a future time, 2 weeks later. The whole thing was over in 15 minutes. Now that is what I call good service. I will never go back to Hangers !!!!

I love this clinic ! When we first started this helmet journey with our son we were thinking we'd be going to a clinic a tiny bit closer to us but they ended up sending our referral to this one in Tacoma. We were going to switch but I got so comfortable here and loved how nice everyone is I didn't want to switch after all lol! We especially love Lauren who we see for all of his helmet appointments. She has been so awesome and helpful. Anytime we have questions or concerns, she has been there to help. If you have a baby who needs a helmet look no further than here! They are great!

My son had to get a helmet. His therapist recommended coming here rather than the one I live closer to, so I did. I am not disappointed! The staff has been so kind and helpful. They scheduled appointments in a timely matter. Even with COVID-19 my son has been able to been seen within reasonable amount of time. Every time I've gone in you can see they've been sanitizing and taking all the extra precautions. They even ask you a series of questions before you're seen to make sure you are in good health. Thank you!

Lack of compassion for their patients. Tiffany at the front desk is one of the least helpful people I’ve encountered. Asking for help due to a time sensitive need and she cannot be bothered. It’s truly sad that they do not want to help their patients.

Tried to make an appointment (with a doctor's referral) in August but was told that they were not accepting new clients until January. They gave me a sealed envelope to give to my doctor with instructions for x-ray and other things that they required. I was also told that my referral would be invalid with them since they will not be scheduling until next year. They referred me to another company in the Northgate area. I live in the North Tacoma area. I tried the Puyallup office first, but it is in a very congested location with parking so difficult to find, I had to give up searching, so I tried the Tacoma office as noted, without success.

I have been using Hanger Clinic for nine years. Randy and Amber are always very accommodating and offer great service. Certainly would recommend this company to anyone who needs special orthothic services.
