Purchased a vinyl window (custom order) wasn't sure what to get exactly but, the representative (Sarah Nolan) was wonderful and explained the difference between the windows and their fit in the opening. I received the window within 2 weeks. I also purchase lumber and pellets from Gray. They have great customer service always.
