This Goodwill has 0 issues with knowingly selling you a counterfeit at full price of an authentic Item. I noticed some counterfeits that they had listing online, reached out to let them know, but they don't care. They went ahead with the listing and sold it to some poor customer. I will be applauding the class action lawsuit and Goodwill losing their non profit status.... when ever that finally happens. Especially after scamming people for profit.

Goodwill suppose to be filled with USED CLOTHING... AND USED PRICES. IM SORRY but GOODWILL WONT GET ANOTHER THING FROM ME or money.... poor ppl can't afford to shop at goodwill. That's a dam shame imo

This store manager misrepresented a glass paper weight on ShopGoodwill.com by stating that it was 10.5" in diameter and when received it was only 3.25" in diameter. The reason this $50.00 paperweight sold for over. $300.00 is due to the misrepresented size of 10.5". To date weeks later they still have not sent me the return authorization as they committed to. The person that runs this location needs to get a job whereas she is not having to interface with the public. I recommend going to another any other Goodwill store but this one, also watch out for this person/store on ShopGoodwill.com, I rate triple F-F-F-.

I’ve been waiting for weeks to get the email link to pay for my online purchase. I have made two customer concern tickets online that have not been answered. Why does corporate allow a place like this to keep doing this?

These people are committing fraud. The items that they are given were donated by the people freely. And they take them online and price them starting at anywhere from $9.99 - $30 ......fraud..

I get awesome textbooks and movies on major discount compared to major stores here. Love the staff, extremely nice and perky, excellent customer service. The company needs to pay them better and hire more folks though, the lines can get crazy.

Tacoma Goodwills are bizarre compared to the ones owned by Seattle Goodwill.-The GW on 38th street in Tacoma is always completely disheveled, picked over, and dirty. The staff is kind but they hardly ever have more than one person on the registers.- The GW on 6th Ave in Tacoma tends to be cleaner, better organized and seems like they have more staff than the other one. Both do not have consistent pricing. Both store price merchandise much higher for used goods.Also the media department at these stores is completely lacking in the vintage department, meaning no records ever and no vhs tapes or a sparse limited variety.Tacoma goodwills leave something to be desired to say the least.

Can I give more than five stars? During a search for a certain type of doll on shopgoodwill.com, a bulk lot listing from this location popped up in my feed. The price was right the first time around (plus the shipping costs), but I couldn't purchase at that time. The lot popped up again as a Buy It Now with a one cent shipping offer, and I took a chance on bidding. Won the auction, and waited three days or so to receive the package. Your packing department deserves a round of applause. A detailed invoice, with scanned images of my items, was included in a supremely well-safeguarded box (see photos). Nothing arrived damaged. This is how *every* mail order purchase should be handled. I didn't break the bank but was treated like a high-value client. Well done! I'm definitely putting this location at the top of my list of go-to retailers.

Ordered 6 mini cassette recorders though shop goodwill and got a bunch of bulky old mp3 players.. I'm so sad :(
