I am a commercial billiard dealer out of state and was trying to assist a local Seattle client to find service for their pool table. I called a few dealers in the area before I came across this company. The other 3 I spoke to were unprofessional and/or over priced. I had an amazing experience speaking with Rey at Golden West Games in Lakewood, WA! Rey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. His knowledge of what the service entails made the conversation professional and he knew what he was talking about. The professionalism Rey exuded, truly shows he cares about their customers. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is great! Billiard supplies, darts, foosball , cards, and dice. All the supplies you need, they even have a couple of arcade games you can play on your visit. Friendly, helpful staff, the only issue I had was they were currently out of my pool cue chalk, but that's unusual.
Update: They got the chalk back in stock. They sold the arcade games, but Dorky's Arcade in Tacoma is only about 10 minutes away!

Steve and Ray have the absolute best customer service and knowledge of pool cues and tip service that I have ever been privilege to come across. I have searched far and wide for skilled tip installation for carbon composite pool shafts. Very few have the expertise and friendly service that they provide.
They have a large selection of predator, cuetec, Viking, and McDermott pool cues.
Their pool table selection is amazing. Carrying many of the best pool table brands including Brunswick.
It's a one stop shop of pool accessories: chalk, balls, gloves, Holders, and darts.
If you are ever in need of being treated like a value customer. Don't hesitate to stop by. You won't regret it.

It's okay. I'm sure they have a lot of great merchandise here, but I went into get some info on an old Adam made by Helmstetter cue. Couldn't really figure it out, but they were really nice.

They had the EXACT chalk I had been looking everywhere for. Burgundy Silver Cup. Only thing I have ever used on my 30 yo McDermott.

I won't go to any other store out there who sells pool cues ...golden west will take there time with you to find the perfect cue you like they will adjust the weight to your liking or change the tip of your choice steve will make it right for you and for league players and military ask about a discount on your purchase you won't be broke leaving the store he has fantastic deals on McDermott and viking and 199$ spire carbon shafts

Been shopping this store for a long time, it used to be by the Tacoma Mall, now in Lakewood but if u are looking for nice pool and billiards stuff, darts, chess, board and card games, pool tables custom built and such. It's a dreamer store for me re the pool tables bc I don't have room for one but I still drool over the waterfall tables. We bought a nice viper dart board, electronic so I'm sure it'll be awesome.Pretty easy to install, the dart board itself is super legit, it switches to the next player without hitting a button so I can't forget to hit the button and then mess up the game! I only wish the dart board was dark walnut in color or black or something, the veneer that's on it is not so attractive but oh well. I added a couple more photos of it installed

I bought a pool cue. Excellent customer service. Steve is great. Quick responses. They will give you the best prices and pretty quick delivery. Packaged great for no damages. Will definitely do business in the future.

Ray spent close to an hour with me, letting me try out all sorts of different soft-tip darts and helping me find exactly what I needed. The best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in months and I could have spent hundreds more dollars in here if I had it to spend :) Go see these guys!
