Wooooow. I'm extremely late but I just realized this location scammed me. I placed a pick up order on February 29th that I never picked up because we got super sick. While checking my bank account I see a charge from them on March 2nd. I checked my gamestop pro account and see they marked it delivered. What the actual fudge. My last email from them was on March 4th saying my pickup order was ready and they would hold it for 3 more days. I'm very upset.

The lady behind the counter when honor the sale price from the day before do I have to pay extra $10 more for the same thing and I had to go to two different stores to get one thing I'm sick and tired of you guys ripping people off and I hope the pig behind the counter is reading this with her saltwater breath

Stopped by to see if they had One Piece trading card packs. I know they are hard to come by but to be told an employee buys them all the second they come in on the truck.... Perks of the job, I guess ..

The shop is staffed with really helpful kind employees. They supported my grandson in replacing his screen protector for his Nintendo switch. They went above and beyond.

I ordered couple items(prerealse) at the same time. Both came at different time which I understood. Employee told me they would call me when my item got there. I waited a week past the date the item came out and nothing. Came to the store and the person told me my item wasn't there but there was one box of the item I ordered there. ? so he was trying to sell me my item again??? Then the guy said we don't call customers. Then today I went to the store bc I was told to come in today and the lady told me my item wasn't there after been told to come in on Oct 6th bc my item would be there. At first she said we have 3 boxes in the back about of my item and that she took one to the mall. I asked her why would they tell me to be there today but not have my item available again. In a condescending way she told me well do you want me to cancel you order. She was so rude. I don't know if that just game stop in general or just this store.

Knowledgeable staff always willing to help out…great game selection, plenty of accessories to purchase for birthdays, holidays, etc. I’ve purchased two refurbished PS4’s from here, never a problem and they both are still running great to this day.

Dana was super very helpful ! This store had a good selection of used games as well! I also appreciated that they open at 10 instead of noon like other GameStops.

I have regularly been coming to this GameStop for about 5 years. Very nice people. Soulja is the best! But tonight I was in there and an employee named Jordan do the whole speech about getting the pro membership to save money, which is true. But there was a guy and his girlfriend who came in to get Zelda Breathe of the Wild since it was for sale for $40 online. Not an online or pro member only sale. Jordan asked to see the online price, the guy showed her, she proceeded to let him know it would be $35 with the pro membership renewal, and the guy said sure. He then decided to say "Nevermind, I actually don't want the pro membership" and Jordan then tells him "Well the game is not $35 then, it's full price." The game is on sale, non-pro member specific and she denied the guy the game for the discount because he changed his mind and didn't do what she wanted. That is bad business and even worse morals. Just because they didn't get what you wanted, doesn't mean they don't deserve the deal every other non pro member gets.When me and my wife checked out, she was friendly to us at first, then I told her a game was cheaper online so we can price match, showed her, she discounted it. She then turned from very kind attitude to a very "here's the games, now get out" type of attitude.Ridiculous and kind of embarrassing to be honest.Will for sure still go to this store because of Soulja! That dude deserves a raise! Make sure to ask for him.
