I went in for a pedicure and they talked me into getting a manicure at the same time. My fingernails started to chip 2 days later so I went back and kindly asked them to fix my manicure and they would not and were rude about it. I won't ever go back there.

I love getting my nails and feet done by them. Patient, calm and very social when they need to be. I highly recommend for short medium nail jobs. Not too much for long XL work or designs here.

Very friendly service! And good quality. I always enjoy getting my nails or my toes done here. They offer mimosas, tea , and a few other drinks while you're there.

This place did a horrible job on a basic mani pedi. There was polish all over the nail beds. I asked it to be fixed twice and it still looked bad. My sister in law was getting married the next day and her nails looked so bad we went back later that day to get them fixed and the manager was very unprofessional and rough. My sister in law was in tears. Will never go back.

I've gone here for almost 2 decades! These ladies do a wonderful job. Their spa pedicures feel so blissful & relaxing. They have a variety of free beverages. Who doesn't love a yummy mimosa ?A lot of nail salons put a tiny bit of lotion on you and call that good but not Gallery Nails. They use multiple lotions & potions & tonics to scrub, exfoliate, massage, & hydrate. I feel so pampered & beautiful.I always get a Spa, pedicure & Fill both with gel that lasts. If I wanted it could stay on for months! They are as exuberant & hard-working on their first customer as they're last. Even though I've moved, it's still worth the longer drive to me to go there. I've brought many people, men and women there & they all keep going back.Due to my health, often I'm way later than the recommended every 2 weeks fill, but they never give me a hard time about that, or find reasons to rack up the bill.

While I have been a customer for some time, I have to say, I won't be back. Between being treated poorly, having to sit and wait nearly half an hour past my appointment time. I have had it with Gallery. Also, it's very uncomfortable having the staff speaking in their native language, it makes me feel like their having fun at my expense. Please learn to provide good customer service.

This place is my go to nail salon. They are really efficient and super nice every time I go. I know it says walk ins are available but I think to save your time and not worry about waiting, you should definitely reserve ahead of time. Do not be afraid to speak up because they will do what you ask.

They gave a long leg massage with the pedicure and the place was clean. Besides that, the polish was gross (old and crusty, filled with thinner), the polish will not dry because they layered it on so thickly, they cut my toenails unevenly, and they charged me $50 for a basic pedicure. Also, they are so LOUD. It wasn't relaxing at all because they were yelling to each other from across the room, and did it the whole time.

Nail services were satisfactory, but the staff member that helped me was a bit insensitive and the prices listed online don’t match up. Base ped was listed at $35 and was instead $50. When attempting to pay with Apple Pay, the receipt kept printing an error to indicate that the tap was lined up incorrectly. Instead of reading the receipt where I showed her this, she instead loudly stated that my card was being declined. This continued until my husband (who unlike me, knew where to place the phone on the reader) apple paid with the SAME CARD and it went through… not declined.Service: Pedicure
