The staff are open and friendly.

We visited Floor & Decor a few weeks ago. We picked out shower marble and floor tile. We were helped by a young man we only know as ‘AJ’. So helpful loading the heavy items on our cart, making sure not to damage them and unloading them into our vehicle. Thank you for the pleasant experience! The lady at the cash register was also extremely helpful.

First time here and was helped by the greatest young man AJ Hable (? Spelling). Listened to my needs, didn’t make me repeat myself or get someone else, didn’t try and upsell me, and worked to find me the best deal on desired materials to complete my project.
In addition, was super knowledgeable about all their products and did not waste a second of time helping me quickly and efficiently. Even loaded everything up and took it to checkout for me and got it loaded into my vehicle too.
Went above and beyond with a great attitude even at the end of the day right before close. Give this guy a raise, made my day!

My favorite flooring store. Great selection and a very good demo area for generating ideas (or simply great designs to copy).
They generally have a solid amount of stock on a wide variety of tiles, wood/vinyl flooring and all of the adhesives, grouts, and trim bits to being it all together.

Another project. This grout is supposed to be the best around. These are our color choices. Staffing, well it's not very educated on tiling needs, amount of grout, type questions.
