Inspection incomplete, oil change took 2 hours for a light customer day. No sticker and low front tire. I came for a oil change and a courtesy inspection. They brought the car in and dumped the oil and left it for 2 hours. As a former Firestone lead mechanic I know what a courtesy inspection consist of. I'm having a problem in the left front suspension with a loud popping noise from the left front on hard left turns. I suspected a control arm bushing but a inspection on a lift should have seen the problem. The left front tire wear is another indicator of worn suspension parts. The left front tire is very worn and leaking air. I got it back with less than 20psi. Also no one was wearing safety glasses in the shop. The worst run store I have ever seen. I was ready to fix, align, and replace tire yesterday. I'll go to Les Schwab for a proper diagnosis.

I'm hoping someone looks at these reviews and know you may be lied too, to pay for more than what your car needs, they tried that with me a few times. And I think that's why they sabotaged my car. Found out after I brought my car in for a alternator waterpump belt both my belts broke from loose tensioner pulley of my power steering belt ripping from one to the other belt. I know my tensioner pulley and power steering belt were 100% fine before I went here and after I had no car for a week. And I almost lost my car on the free way because of the belts. Here's how I know, my battery wouldn't hold charge, my power steering locked, both belts snapped on the freeway, and my cars tempature gauge was at hot. luckily I made it safely home before my car decided to blowout. So thank you firestone for ruining my car. And thanks to my father who actually did my belts, my car is running like new. So better to do it yourself or find someone you know that knows how to work on cars.

This location is terrible. I have gone to Firestone for 6 years and other locations are night and day better operated. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation at 10am. At 12:30 my car was “ready”. The tires were not rotated despite telling associates multiple times over the phone that I would like this service. I went out to my car and found that a bolt had been lodged in my front left tire which was not in my tire before showing up originally. I have spent in total, 4 hours at this location for what should have been an hour and a half job. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This crew doesn’t even do what they say for a simple oil change. Certainly wouldn’t trust them with any sort of major repair.Firestone, if you care about any of your locations, I would take a hard look at this one and do a complete overhaul.

Walked in…no one greeted me. Not even a simple “hello or welcome in. There were 3 workers. Two of the guys were on the phone. The girl there was waiting on someone, so I go in line to been seen next. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. No one did!! She finished with a customer and didn’t make any attempt to wait on me next. I looked at her as she made eye contact with me twice then, asked her is she was going toHelp me. I told her what my problem was. She then said she was new and the other guys will help me when there done. Here’s the thing about that:When a customer is standing I front of you, you should place the caller on hold toAssig the customer in front of you. Or at least mute yourself and say “we’ll be right with you”.In good customer service, the customer in front of you gets taken care of first. Neither of the men attempted to place their call on hold to take care of me..who was in person!! But after reading these reviews I see that’s just how they operate. Rude and unprofessional. I went over to Goodyear (also at the mall) and the guy was super friendly. Treating me like a person! So if you are looking for excellent customer service go over to Goodyear Tires!

I took my vehicle in for complete front brakes. Including rotors and pads . There was a bad noise afterward , and returned to have the brakes checked . Was told I should have had rotors replaced ,got the receipt which showed the rotors were disposed to gave been replaced . OPPS ,they put new rotors on,still had a problem. Took the vehicle to another shop, second opinion so to say . Was told no way the pads only had a few months' use . The new shop will replace and check for other issues on brakes as well . Then I'm going to bring in the replaced pads and talk calmly to the manager . There have been other issues working with this shop . Please, if you go here, ask to see the replaced parts . Better yet, go someplace else .

The service manager was able to fit me in the day without a appointment and get my vehicle diagnosed/repaired in the same day.

Horrible customer service. Been to this particular store multiple times and always had a bad experience. Was told multiple times that my car would be ready at a certain time only to find that they never started it. Called and got hung up on by one of the managers named Jay. Made an appointment, my car wasn’t looked at the entire day after being told by three different people it would be ready so I had to Uber home, inconvenience multiple people to drive me around, leave my car overnight without as much as a call and then get hung up on by the manager the following day for a simple nail in my tire. If you can help it don’t go to this store. Terrible terrible customer service and always has been for the last few years.

I will update if my experience improves. My car broke down, I had it towed here. Needed an alternator. They could not do it that day. I live 45 min away. 2 days later I send my daughter to pick up. I paid over the phone $1400 dollars. Battery alternator and maybe belt? My daughter drove it and it’s making a loud sound and now it’s wobbling at 60mph.. I had her take it back and they can’t do it till tomorrow! Im screwed. 1400$ and they never checked to make sure it was actually fixed. They said I have to drive my broken car there and back again. 45 min each way. There’s no way to know it is safe to drive. For now-they left me hanging in some bad juju.

Shady business here, came in for TPMS sensor swaps and drove off with tire alert on. Service advisor said tire alert will go away after driving 20 miles. I called and they say just needs a reset, I go back next day for reset and now there are 2 bad sensors. Okay so no problem on my old tires and now they stop working. I'm pretty sure they were damaged and now being charged for new sensors and they are waiving the labor hmm.

Don’t go the firestone. They don’t know anything about car repairs but they better know how to make money.
